I left my little dude at 8am and he was ready by 11:30am. They did an amazing job, and they also RX some probiotics since my dude eats everything in sight, I can't keep up. I also got him the IV fluids, laser and pain meds. I paid $240 for his neuter which again one vet quoted me $340 and another over $400. Bring a chair, some coffee and be patient and you'll be good to go. They also called to check on my dude the next day! There's a pet accessible water fountain near the human water fountain, which are both near the restrooms. There are complimentary beverages while you wait and plenty of seating. The staff that took care of our dogs was very nice and patient with them (and us) and made the whole experience more comfortable. They ask questions, listen to concerns and spend plenty of time with each patient. Speaking of dollar signs, I find this place to be very reasonable! When they had to recast his foot today, the staff paid attention to that small detail and put a heart on the new cast for me. That meant more to me than they probably realize. I waited three hours in a waiting room and then about 2 minutes for the tech to come in, get the history, and take the samples to go back to cytology.
