Great service, Doctor and staff. The doctor is straightforward, which I really like. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Loud and friendly, Straight up, honest Vet. I have recommended Dr Wentworth to anyone that asks. It is not about you! It is about your pet.

These folks saved me $100! I WENT TO THE MOBILE VET ON SEAN HAGGERTY…read more I showed up at 6am and got in line at 6:30, they open at 8am but this is just the way the cookie crumbles. I left my little dude at 8am and he was ready by 11:30am. They did an amazing job, and they also RX some probiotics since my dude eats everything in sight, I can't keep up. I also got him the IV fluids, laser and pain meds. I paid $240 for his neuter which again one vet quoted me $340 and another over $400. Bring a chair, some coffee and be patient and you'll be good to go. They also called to check on my dude the next day! The staff was super friendly and helpful and bless them for dealing with my furbaby since he's a hot mess express, I blame it on the breed haha.

This place is close to the house so I'd love for it to be a great clinic. But it isn't. We've…read moreconsistently found their prices to be high, starting when we were bringing pets to their office further down Mesa. I called about bringing two labs in for a nail trim and was told the price would be $15 for the exam (since they hadn't been seen there in the last 3 years) and either $7 or $9 for the trim, I don't remember. That seemed great! So my husband and I went to drop the dogs off this morning and were told the price would be $40 for the exam and $17 for the trim. So... the price TRIPLED between the phone call and the visit? We will do it ourselves. Called again... this time I was told it would be $56 for the exam. Wow.

I really don't want anyone else to go through the experience we had here. It was incredibly…read morestressful, and we left feeling like we had experienced a bait and switch. I called that morning specifically to ask how much a walk-in exam would cost. I was told $40 if we arrived before 11 AM because the pricing changed afterward. My husband had some free time, so he drove our dog all the way from the Westside to the Eastside specifically because of what I was quoted. When he arrived, he even asked if he had made the cutoff and was told YES. Once there, he mentioned that our dog's breath smelled bad and we were concerned about her teeth. Later, when he questioned the exam price, he was told that mentioning the bad breath made it a "sick" visit with different pricing. That's exactly why this felt like a bait and switch to us. If the reason for the visit changes the exam price, that should be clearly explained before the exam, especially after a customer specifically calls for pricing and then confirms the cutoff upon arrival. We ultimately paid $212 for the visit, bloodwork and medications. No dental cleaning was performed, and we were given an additional estimate of approximately $1,153-$1,548 for the dental procedure. But the billing wasn't even the most concerning part of our experience. We were given paperwork for our dog that contained SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND HOME ADDRESS. Even more concerning, my husband's electronic signature appeared on that document. My husband says he did not knowingly sign a document containing another person's client information. That immediately made us wonder how his signature ended up attached to it and whether our own personal information could have been given to someone else. When my husband tried to get answers, he says he could hear employees in the back laughing/making comments about the situation. That made an already stressful experience even worse. They also told him that their phone calls are recorded. I actually hope they preserve my call because it should clarify exactly what I asked and what I was quoted. We're now requesting the original document my husband signed, the electronic signature audit trail, our complete records and itemized charges, and preservation of that recorded call. I'm not writing this because veterinary care is expensive. I understand that medical care for our pets costs money, and I'm willing to pay for the care my dog needs. I'm writing this because I don't want another pet owner to call, receive one price, rush across town based on that information, and then have an experience like ours. And I especially don't want anyone else walking out of a veterinary clinic with another customer's name, phone number and home address on their paperwork. I sincerely hope the clinic looks into what happened and fixes whatever processes allowed this to happen.
