The Spa is clean and well taken care of, I loved the decor. My therapist Reatha was very kind and compassionate about her work. She did an amazing massage from head to toe, paying special attention to my problem areas. The music was really therapeutic- relaxing. Oh, and the room was nice and cozy. They reschedule these appointments for a month or more later. I have prepaid for all of the services, so they happily take your money, then you must chase them down to actually get the service. I have spoken with the owner/manager multiple times and been assured each time that it will not happen again, and then the next appointment is scheduled, confirmed, and then canceled. The last service I had, was started by one provider, and in the middle of it, someone else, not employed by CLAC, came in to finish! They do not return phone calls, and have not provided any refunds. Combine this with the suspiciously frequent moving of locations and there is reason for extreme caution. I do NOT recommend!

There's still some visible swelling in the "after" photo, but I can already tell that my lips are going to look amazing after they settle. Other notes: you have to go into the medical plaza and it's on the second floor. My temperature was taken upon arrival. Which leads me to believe when we remove 1800CC of fat from someone, its nearly impossible not to see a change, so i am assuming there is a lot of inflammation, and swelling, which can take months to settle without proper care. Also, it clearly states, myself , and Mark make clear. It can take up to 3 months before results are seen. Out process is an 8 month process, you lose weight for that long with our procedure. If in 8 months there no difference, sure i will look into that with proven at home care , which is 50% of the results (diet, rest, wrapping, exercise as any lipo institution will inform you. Unfortunately now though with the threat of legal action against me, and my company. I will no longer be allowed to communicate through you, my staff, or physicians. Threatening legal action is a serious matter and we will await your attorneys letter, We have very accurate medical charts that show what we did and what happened. Also we do not allow friends or family in the room, at your request they can "visit" during the process, but for a sterile environment,safety, and privacy we do not allow "spectators". Also the chart is noted, myself and the assistant recorded that you got off the table,dressed, and walked out very easily from the room with very mild effects from the medication.
