I'm writing this review based on my needs as a business owner…read more I happen to be lucky enough to live down the street from this location so it already had a good start in my book. I met the manager and was greeted and treated in a professional manner, which I always enjoy. The property is under new ownership and bringing a lot of new technologies online that make it a better place to store your belongings. Now, as I mentioned before this was for business. I need to store vehicles and was finding it incredibly difficult to find anything worth my time and money. Not to mention in a suitable area. Usually the units are worn down and lacking many amenities. This location is different. It's all pavement even into the units; which is nice. I dislike having to store a vehicle in a gravel lot only to turn around and detail again due to the gravel dust. Security cameras are present and monitored/recorded. A gate throughout the property which requires a pin to enter, and soon an app will allow customers to enter and exit. That makes things easier. Their prices are also incredibly aggressive. They also soon have offices coming online that you can lease out. It's a one stop shop which is perfect for me. I suggest you check them out.

Do NOT park anything here. Had our vehicle there for less than 6 days and it was broken into. Every…read moresingle lock broken, personal items taken that we will never get back. My husband and I were in the military and anything we ever got from our time in service, gone. The guy who was on shift that day had done a "walk-thru" and wrote down on a piece of paper that there was a "possible break-in" for our lot number. Never called to let us know, we had to find out ourselves. They have signs everywhere claiming to have 24/7 video surveillance but that only applies to their main office building. They have 16 cameras set up all around the lot but only four work, all pointing to the main building. The guy working and the manager that called us were not helpful at all, telling us it was our problem. Would not give us any video footage. As we had looked around at other vehicles it looked as it had happened to others in the past. In the exact same way. Even after that, they did not fix their security system or even tell us their systems were down. Seems to me as if someone who works here is allowing someone to come and rob anyone and everyone who park a vehicle here.
