    If you're looking for a honest storage facility this is not the one. I was assigned a storage unit…read morethat already had a lock on it. I put my debit card was on auto pay, and 3 days later I was charged $71 for something. The girl at the front desk named Keisha said she was going to fix it for me. Keisha said because of this I will wave your payment for this month. Every time I showed up to my storage unit I was locked out of it. There was no numbers to call to get ahold of anyone to get inside of my storage unit. The phone number located on the key box to get into the storage unit was a number for a previous worker. My debit card was then charged another month for $23. I called once again and spoke to Keisha and I told her to take my card off auto-pay. I talked to Keisha about all the trouble I was going through and she once again waved the next month for me. They started adding fees and I called and talked to Jason, but of course he was no help. I went to the bank to gather bank statements and proof that I was being overcharged, and that I was not late on payments. Jason then call me and said that Keisha was disputing that she waved 2 months payments for me. I went into the office and ask Keisha about it and she said I don't know what I did a couple of months ago because, the new owners came in and took all of the paperwork. I then asked to speak to the new owners. Keisha said I'm going to have Chelsea call you from corporate. Of course I waiting for that call from Chelsea that I never received. I then went back to the office to talk to Jason and he informed me that Chelsea said that I had to pay the fees and she will not budge on anything else. I tried to pay partial payments and they informed me that they do not take partial payments anymore. They change ownership without informing me. They move my payment from the 11th of the month to the 1st of the month without informing me. They now have me owing over $500. They changed the name to Storelocal Midwest so don't be fooled.

    ‼‼ THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES ‼‼ These people have completely…read moreturned my life upside down. Attached is a screenshot of the confirmation that I received that my move out was scheduled for 4/26/22. Decided on a whim to check on my storage unit to start getting the small things out yesterday 4/21/22 and found out that my code did not work. Heard from management the next morning and was given the horrific news that my storage unit had been trashed out by whomever is employed at this facility because they "thought " I had abandoned my unit after just a few days of my last communication with them before this happened. I had my ENTIRE household belongings in that unit. Things I worked hard to get back after losing everything once already in a fire in 2017. To top it off, I was given a code to their locked dumpster to look for anything thrown away that wasn't of value to whoever decided to steal my stuff in the first place, and had to dumpster dive to retrieve my car title, a spare set of my car keys, a few family pictures, etc. NO ONE part of the management or staff offered to come help me. I was given pathetic apologies and told that they are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. YOU THREW MY WHOLE LIFE AWAY!!!! I recommend anyone housing their belongings at this horrendous establishment to get your things ASAP before this happens to you too. I owed no money, gave proper notice and these thieves took it upon themselves to do this to me!!!!!

    I appreciate the excellent customer service that I have received from Jeff. Anything I need…read moreassistance he goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. If he hasn't received an increase in his pay he needs a raise.
