I only say that because when I got there I still had to walk in, There were only a few customers and not busy at all. But listening to the complaints I knew it wasn't just my order that was a problem. One young guy out front doing the best he can and several people in the kitchen and other areas having a good time, but not helping customers where they should have been. I guess a manager or an assistant finally come out to help him, but she was kind of useless, took one order and disappeared in the back. My order still was not filled. He finally put my order together and I left. Of course the order was wrong, didn't get our desert and my sensation salad was not terrible and not done right at all, it was soggy, the egg roll was burnt and I ended up throwing most of it out. The milk shake was completely melted. Maybe I expect too much, but really only wanted a little customer service, a give a shit attitude on making orders right and prepare the food as it is suppose to be. The prices have definitely gone up, but everything else has taken a nose dive. This isn't the only fast food place that fits this story, but if the owners want their businesses to keep being successful then something has to be required of their employees. While I am a huge fan of Subway, this location is repetitively a subpar experience. For every…read morevisit, they are out of something. Examples: I have ordered a salad for a dine in meal, only to be told they had no forks after the salad was fully prepared. At 11:00, I have been told they were waiting on bread to be ready. Countless examples of poor management. On today's visit, an individual I was told is the District Manger was there, and she was quite literally directing the other employee to weigh the chicken strips for a protein bowl, while the employee was making sure the scoop for the meat did not have a single strip that went past the top of the scoop. This district manager was also directing the employee to contain the vegetables to what would fit on a 6 inch sandwich, despite the fact this is actually a salad. And once again, out of items usually provided at every other Subway shop you would visit. Having witnessed this District Manager in action, it is now apparent why this location consistently fails to live up to the standard one experiences at other Subway locations. On each visit in the past, I have vowed I would not return, but yet continued to have hope it might improve. Based on today's experience, I believe that hope was in vain.
