They have an awesome rewards program as well. They quickly answer any questions on instagram or over text, and are very knowledgeable. Being from Columbus, I have tried out a lot of different vapor stores. I usually go to Altsmoke or Vapor Station, but the convenience of where I was at worked out great. I have been here twice and have had a great experience. I made a rookie mistake and bought Dragon's Blood in 12mg of nicotine and put it in my Aspire Atlantis. The owner didn't have too, but he threw in some 0mg juice in to mellow it out for me. He has no idea how much that meant after the day I had. The owner and wife combo makes their own liquid line called Aftershock. Dragon's Blood (Strawberries and Dragon fruit) and Midnight Marauder (Lemonade and Berry) are my favorite two flavors. The quality juice is 80/20 and 85/15 VG/PG and is $18.99 or 2 for $30 for a 30ml. The store also has a bunch of different quality juices. Altsmoke has 3 lines of quality liquids and 1 big line of non-gourmet liquids. Vape Spot has over 15 quality lines and a variety of different mods and sub ohm tanks. read more

I've been to several vape supply stores around central Ohio and have now found myself driving past all of those to shop at The Vape Spot on Bethel Rd. They're always friendly, informative and very helpful; along with a very nice selection of equipment and juices. You might be able to find a little lower price on a few things elsewhere, however The Vape Spot and their service is more than worth a couple of extra coins. Maybe you should drive past the others and give the The Vape Spot a try. read more

I bought an Eleaf I stick melo at this shop for way more than online price as expected, but was assured it was a trustworthy product. One month later after going to Florida, it completely stopped. No firing, no display, no nothing. Was charged before this happened. Clicking 5 x doesn't work. Cleaned it and even changed the coil on tank. Nothing worked. I call store begging them to mail another to me since I won't be back for 5 weeks and they refused, saying they do not have "mailing capabilities". I even offered to mail this POS back to them. No help whatsoever. I'll return this thing to get my money back and never ever go to this place again. Thanks for your help, Vape Spot. read more

I honestly cannot believe I'm the first person to leave a review. The Vape Spot is hands down, the best vape shop in columbus, if not in all of Ohio. The staff at Vape Spot, are some of the most knowledgeable people I've come across in the vaping community. I've been to every vape store in Columbus and I don't even think twice about going anywhere else except to The Vape Spot. Colin the owner, has what seems like an endless supply of the BEST high end premium juices in the market, he has introduced me to almost all of my current favorite juices. Boosted, Lost Art, Omega/Alpha, Ripe Vape, the list goes on and on. He also created his own juice line called After Shock, soo delicious you have to try them all, I wouldn't even consider them house juices because the quality and time invested in his flavors are mindblowing. Dragons blood, midnight marauder, and great bambino are my favorite. I've also learned everything I need to know about building mods, I came into the store feeling anxious and awkward not knowing anything about vaping, and now I can consider my self an experienced vaper. I was new to vaping. i went to the vape spot and they were very knowledgeable and guided me in my first purchase of a simple all in one battery. i quit buying prefilled cartridges immediately. I've since upgraded to a great mod and they have been nothing but helpful. including sampling juice and providing info on coils and tanks. I've been to multiple Columbus vape shops after getting into my mod to see what everyone has to offer. The Vape Spot may not have a polished designed shop, but what they do have is great prices, a great selection of premium juice, a personable staff and random conversations with other customers while there. They're always friendly and helpful, I would recommend anyone new or experienced to check them out and to support this independently owned local shop. read more

I'll never come here again. Hands down worst customer service I've ever received. The girl behind the counter had to be burnt out. When we entered the store, she was on the phone having a drawn-out conversation with someone, giggling and repeatedly saying "I dunno." She completely ignored us for the duration of this "conversation" that lasted 20 minutes (seriously), even with me staring at her, trying to convey that she had a potential customer in the store. When she finally got off the phone, she apologized to us (while giggling, so SUPER sincerely), proceeded to walk toward us, then veered off to the right to help a woman who was at the sample desk, who walked in after me. She actually had to tell her, "You should wait on them first; they were here before me." I just couldn't fathom the lack of common sense she demonstrated. When she finally waited on us, her movements to get the products I wanted were sooo slow, and the whole transaction took another 20 minutes. I walked in to buy one replacement tank and the whole thing took 45 minutes. Unbelievable. There are about 4 other vape stores within the area, so I'll go to those ones instead, and I recommended everyone else do the same. read more
