Realizing habitually hitting my Stizzy was what was causing my tolerance to skyrocket I needed to help me bring it back down. Enter... Vape Society. Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Kurvin was Awesome. Super knowledgeable in telling me the difference between the different vapes and e-juice. He probably could have up sold me on a newer model vape, but I appreciate that he was honest in saying the older model was just as good (Thx K!) Wide variety and price range for both vapes and juice. I got the vape shown and a large bottle of Juice Head Zero Nicotine Watermelon Lime e-juice I will probably never finish for $64. Stylish and Tasty! Entrance is in the back of the building. Wonderful experience; will definitely be back. I got the read more

Amazing Customer Service, they were open on Thanksgiving and were so sweet! Loved coming here and will be back for sure!

Called to ask if they carry a CBD product. The lady that picked up the phone didn't bother to even say hello. I asked if they have CBD cigarettes to which she responded yes. I asked which brands they carry and she said I can come in and she can show me. I asked again can you tell me what brands you carry so I know whether to come in or not and again she repeated that I can come in to check it out. Horrible experience over the phone. read more

They have a good selection with a lot of flavors. Theres something to catch your eye in every case and display. The shop itself is a smokers El Dorado nestled in the car-strip of Glendale. The products are priced fairly and with cash you can avoid the credit card fee. The owner is passionate about his trade and shares knowledge willingly. The employees put in their best effort and take the job seriously. Everyone at CBD is dedicated and cares about the community. If there's something to be learned they take the time to do so. It's inspirational and essential to have wholehearted neighborhood stores like this because their products are a form of healthcare and the staff take that with diligence. read more

Amazing store. The owner Chris is super nice and very helpful. I definitely recommend people to come the store and check it out.

Great place! The guy is super nice. They have tons of options and flavors, lots of zero nic too. Cool decor too.

Rip off. ... beware they over charge on products. They charge 2x or more of what they really cost . I bought a disposable vape and was charged $60 for it when it's priced less than $20 everywhere else. Also, The owner always tells me to buy all the flavors and get 1 free lol like I'm stupid. I used to love going here but I can't trust them anymore. Never going back Oh I can't wait for the owner to respond. I wonder how he is going to reply to such shady acts. I'm so pissed off that this happened to me. $60 for Woofr 15000 puffs read more

I'll start off by saying this was my first time ever in a vape shop and I'm so glad I made the right choice by coming to this shop!!! I've been purchasing my vapes online the past few months and it was becoming way too expensive and my main issue was the vapes wouldn't last long. I decided to go on Yelp and searched for a local vape shop near me and this was the first shop on the list. You guys, don't waste your time going anywhere else, this shop is it. I was there yesterday and I met Kervin and he helped me choose the right vapes for me. He's such an awesome guy and so nice!!! I will be returning as a regular customer from now on. Thank you for the best customer service ever!! If I could've given your shop 10 stars, I would've in a heart beat!! read more

Update: I'm a software engineer - I have no need to scam free vape pens from subpar vape shops. Not to mention, with the high price of gas, how exactly does it make sense to spend time/gas traveling to this shop just to scam a free vape pen?? I guess in the book of Male Karen, returning the pen twice counts as "multiple times" and replacing it once is "continual replacement". Both pens lasted about 3 days. The 1st time I returned it, the employee noticed it was full and actually did check the records to see when I purchased it - which is why he gave me a replacement. The 2nd time, I actually asked Male Karen multiple times to *check the records* to see exactly when I purchased/returned the pen but he ignored me. If it had been close to empty (or even visibly used), he would've noticed and said something then & in his 1st response. But due to Male Karen's apparent psychic abilities, he has no need to check his own records - he knows who I am, as well as when I bought/returned the pen & can therefore confidently accuse me of running some sort of scam where I return the pen "multiple times" for "continuous replacement". Additionally, Male Karen told me more than once that the pen was a higher dose than the cartridge I 1st purchased. When I asked to exchange for different pen & he told me there was nothing he could do, I reminded him that I was sold the wrong product because the pen was a higher dose when I asked for lower. He didn't correct me then but in his response he changes his tune. Readers, if you google "cbd crystallization" - all the hits explain how it happens with cbd of *higher* (not lower) concentration & purity. But this guy is suddenly claiming I was sold a lower dose pen & providing some junk explanation for why it wouldn't pull. Not only is he a liar, but its even more indicative of his ignorance. So Male Karen is not only willing to defame customers but also lie to make himself and his subpar shop look better. Readers, know that if you come here, you'll be tricked into buying stuff with very little info given to you regarding that product. If you buy any faulty device here and have the misfortune of trying to return it when the owner is present, you'll just be insulted by Male Karen, who'll go out of his way and say anything to make it seem like the problem is yours. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that at least values customers and won't lie outright in an attempt to cover up the crappy quality of the products they carry. And Owner/Manager/Male Karen, have fun being yet another pathetic Karen. ------------------------------------------- Wow - 1g is a lower dose than 2g - who knew?? There you have it ladies & gents - proof of how knowledgeable the Manager/Owner (and by extension, the staff) is at this place. Don't expect much in depth info about CBD or the products they carry. But if you're having trouble figuring out whether 1g is a higher/lower dosage than 2g, bring your $ to the Vape CBD cuz apparently they have that covered. I forgot to mention in my previous review that he did pull out a placard with some info about crystallization (which no one bothered to show me when I purchased the pen, nor when I exchanged it). And also that while he insisted the the pen just needed preheating, he himself never managed to get even a pitiful puff after much pulling and "preheating" In an age where single effortless pulls on vape pens produce sizable plumes of vape, I think it's telling that this guy thinks "preheating" is normal/necessary. So my update: poor customer service + condescending management. Like I said, take your business elsewhere - this place is far from the only vape shop in town and definitely among the worst. read more
