She then, after being shown ID, proceeded to show attitude and rudely grunt in response and as they were leaving told them that she was the owner and the manager for this store. While I usually always make an actual purchase from the store, this was my only intent today was to use the machine. To my knowledge, while I dont know her name, she is the only female employee at this store so it can be known which employee im talking about. I went in and used the machine, walked back out, and all of a sudden the employee comes following me out of the and asks me if i had stuffed cigars in my pockets while i was in there. I said no. She asked me to empty my pockets, which i did. I emptied my hoodie and all of my pants pockets. She was enraged because she realized she had just made a wrongful accusation, and then states "I will just check my cameras" and storms back in the store. Very unprofessional. This has been my regular tobacco store since they opened and I come in and shop atleast 3 times a week or more. I have never been accused of stealing from anywhere or asked to empty my pockets from a store in my entire life. She deserves to lose her job over this and I fully intend to pursue just that. I hate to leave a 1 star because the owner of this store is such a good guy, but he needs to take care of this. This was a very distasteful situation.
