The roses were delivered dead. Unbelievable. They had to know they were dead. I live 2 hours away. Thank goodness my aunt was there on grandmothers birthday to see the issue and called this florist. They did deliver new roses on the 15th and corrected the issue, That's three days late. What if no one had been there to see this? Grandmother would have only gotten DEAD Roses for her 96th birthday!!!!!!!!.
