So many florists deliver commonplace arrangements that leave you wondering why you spent all that money. Well let me tell you, that was not my experience at Village Florist. Most recently I wanted the perfect bouquet for my mother's birthday and Julie, at Village Florist spent time with me so she would completely understand what I wanted. She patiently listened, asked questions and made recommendations. She delivered the most exquisite arrangement I have ever seen. When the arrangement was delivered to my mother she cried in awe and declared the same sentiment... it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever seen!!! The roses were delivered dead. Unbelievable. They had to know they were dead. I live 2 hours away. Thank goodness my aunt was there on grandmothers birthday to see the issue and called this florist. They did deliver new roses on the 15th and corrected the issue, That's three days late. What if no one had been there to see this?
