Capital Appliance was sent out by Electrolux as my fridge was having a lot of condensation issues…read moreand was under warranty. Capital Appliance did not fix my fridge that was under warranty from Frigidaire. My fridge is now out of warranty. The request was put in April. Their tech came out in April, nothing was replaced or fixed. No one came back out until September to replace a back panel. That did not fix the condensation issue. The tech's damaged the fridge, floors, and oven. The tech cracked a hole in my fridge that condensation is not getting into. The owner Robert made it seem he was working with Electrolux to replace the fridge unit. Is not responsive to emails and phone calls. Found out from Electrolux that Capital Appliance closed my file behind by back. They lied to Electrolux about the diagnosis, lied about fixing the fridge, lied about the parts that were fixed, and pushed my fridge outside of warranty. My fridge is still not fixed and the owner/business will not respond to my emails. I would not recommend Capital Appliance and I would not recommend Frigidaire/Electrolux products.

He then very quickly got back to us with exact quotes for each of the two possible solutions, and advised of a multi-week back order for the main part. His financial arrangements are very straightforward and represent good value. In the end we decided to go with a new washer, but Alan really impressed us and we will have him as first choice for any other appliance issues we may face.

Peter was in the area, and arranged to come within a couple hours. He was properly masked, had all of his tools, and went straight to work. Within 15 minutes he discovered the problem. The bad news was that the stove could not be fixed and would have to be replaced. Peter gave me some recommendations on new stoves to consider, which to avoid, and even which retailers to contact. He also alerted me about a couple installation issues I might encounter, given my countertop configuration. All really valuable advice. Peter is also a very pleasant guy, and is easy to talk to. Repair bills totaled $1500 for the pair. That makes me very sad. We opted to check out Bowest first. I am so glad we did! Casey is amazing. We were leery of scratch and dent. We want to save money but not have some ugly eyesore in our newish kitchen. She explained why the prices are low. Showed us exactly why each appliance was marked down. She is very knowledgeable! Memorized our current fridge dimensions right away. Showed us every fridge that would fit. She just spewed knowledge. Like this girl knows her stuff! Short version, we bought a beautiful french door Whirlpool for $1700! Regular $2500 woooo. I loves me a good deal. The dents and scratches you ask! ON THE SIDE! Hello. Who cares. Only the cracker and cereal crumbs will see that dent. I am beyond thrilled we went to Bowest first! Did I mention we bought a dryer too! Yup for $250! $250! New. Oh my. Dent on the side. What a bummer Bowest has been to work with. Ordered a Frigidair Dishwasher two weeks ago. The…read moredishwasher is terrible. The trays catch as you pull them out. Serving spoons don't fit in either the tray above, or the silverware organizer on the base tray. But most annoyingly, it doesn't wash dishes. We've tried every setting, different soaps etc. Called Bowest and was told all purchases are final sale. They suggested we call Frigidair who told me they can service the unit, but will not return it, citing that the service fee for a technician can be paid by credit card if they deem it not covered by the manufactures warranty. I was offered the opportunity to purchase accessories for the dishwasher at the end of my call. Needless to say, we've found another supplier, for our new KitchenAid appliances.
