I was given payment quotes that were more than 100% off from reality, which should never happen at a professional dealership. On top of that, the finance process was not explained clearly or honestly upfront. After completing the purchase, I was told I could pick up the bike, only to find out three days later (after I called them) that no paperwork had even been submitted. Nothing. No proactive communication, no transparency, no accountability. Because of their failure to do basic follow-through, what should have been a straightforward transaction has now turned into over a week of delay just to receive a bike I already purchased. This wasn't one mistake. It was repeated misinformation, poor process, and complete lack of urgency. If you value clear communication, accurate pricing, and competent handling of paperwork, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

One thing I did see and I mentioned it too then is that there isn't enough selections for women in shoes.. And they said well, women riding didn't take off until 5 yrs ago. I'm thinking they haven't been to WI yet. The home of Harley. There's plenty of women riders. All and all, this will be my go to for my gears. Staffs was helpful and nice.. They are genuine, down to earth, everyday people, Jennifer's husband is even a Marine (thank you Sir!) And when I was there, I the most beautiful thing and I have to share it! I saw a non profit group, walk in with an armful of tiny little chidlren's vests, they needed their group patches sewn on, for they had 'adopted' those abused kids and those vests were going to those kids, free from that organization. I saw Jennifer drop everything to do it right away and then she gave them 'cost' price, which was almost nothing. I was about to cry I was so moved. I know it literally cost Jennifer money to do that for them, but like all of us, I'm sure she was paid, in other ways. They are great people, I see them donate to the ToysForTots and many other Organizations. Whatever I need - I'm going there.
