Young, M.D. by my primary Dr. Elizabeth Gannon, M.D. Dr. Young was very thorough I explained my history she listened, took notes then asked me questions. Dr. Young's nurse called to schedule an appointment for a cystotomy. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes and a fantastic nurse assisted Dr. Young. The procedure was over and I didn't know it had started. She explained the next steps for treatment in layman's terms. I have all the confidence in the world in Dr. Young. Her greatest attributes are her bedside manner, professionalism, caring, and knowledge.

Over several consultations, all options were explored based on my husband's diagnosis. Dr. Schenk took the time to explain in detail. He was not rushed. He was patient; he was straight forward; he was kind; and he was honest. My husband had robotic assisted surgery to remove his prostate and he is overjoyed that all went well. I was notified by MyChart that the lab results were in at 7:05 am on Monday. I tried to reach the office on Monday several times but was kept on hold for a lengthy amount of time. I assumed the prescription would be called in soon anyway, so I gave up waiting on hold. No prescription was called in and I woke at 3 am in terrible pain with all of the UTI symptoms. I left a message for the on call Dr but never received a response. I called the office when they first opened, again waiting on hold for over 15 minutes, only to be told that the Dr was in surgery and they would try to get a message to him or his nurse. Two hours later, I reached out to the office again and was told that the Dr hadn't had a chance yet to review the lab results. I was feeling extremely ill. Was in bed all day. I was notified by CVS! That my prescription was ready at 11:30. Dr Pruna's nurse called me at 1:30 to tell me that the prescription had been called in. I informed her that I had already picked it up and had taken the first dose! I didn't feel any sense of urgency with their office even though I expressed to them about my level of pain.

I had seen him in consultation last year for a urological concern. When we met this year, I did not get the sense that he even remembered me; this is not unusual as I am sure that he sees many patients. He appeared to make my recent diagnosis based primarily on my past visit. He did not ask for me to submit a urine specimen and did not determine if I had a bladder infection. Then, in an almost mechanistic fashion, he went on to explain all of the surgical treatment options. He spoke so fast that I did not even begin to process the possibilities. He was not very empathetic to me as the patient. He reassured me that my insurance would be covering the bill which was not the case. The doxy appointment was not good for me. I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience and I was left feeling not much better thereafter.

On our first visit, Farida walked her through the procedure and answered all her questions. She was upfront about cost and even checked our insurance to determine what our final cost would be. We met Dr Nasrullah during our initial visit. He was very nice and took his time answering our questions. He explained the procedure and what would happen afterwards. We were glad we got to meet him that day because we felt much better about the procedure and decided to move forward. On the day of the procedure, we met Dr Nasrullah at the Reston Surgical Center. He reviewed the process and procedure again and answered our questions. They collected payment the day of the procedure. Cash or Credit Cards only- no checks accepted. The process was as quick as Dr Nasrullah described. The process itself took about 20 minutes, but with the preparation and post care we were at the center for about 2 hrs. Before the procedure, my aunt's vision was -6 due to the cataract. Now her vision is 20/20! Very happy with the results!

I was scheduled to see Kaitlyn Burns, PA. There was a bit of a wait after I was brought back to the examination room. I waited about 30 minutes for the PA to arrive. She seemed like she genuinely cared about me as a patient. She conducted a full skin examination. I wanted to make sure there were no skin cancer occurrences.
