    Very disappointed with the level of care I received from Dr Pruna. I had a UTI and specimen sample…read morewas left on a Friday at 8 am. I was notified by MyChart that the lab results were in at 7:05 am on Monday. I tried to reach the office on Monday several times but was kept on hold for a lengthy amount of time. I assumed the prescription would be called in soon anyway, so I gave up waiting on hold. No prescription was called in and I woke at 3 am in terrible pain with all of the UTI symptoms. I left a message for the on call Dr but never received a response. I called the office when they first opened, again waiting on hold for over 15 minutes, only to be told that the Dr was in surgery and they would try to get a message to him or his nurse. Two hours later, I reached out to the office again and was told that the Dr hadn't had a chance yet to review the lab results. I was feeling extremely ill. Was in bed all day. I was notified by CVS! That my prescription was ready at 11:30. Dr Pruna's nurse called me at 1:30 to tell me that the prescription had been called in. I informed her that I had already picked it up and had taken the first dose! I didn't feel any sense of urgency with their office even though I expressed to them about my level of pain.

    I saw Dr. Pruna earlier in the year via a doxy appointment for a urological issue. He made me wait…read morefor 22 minutes before he entered the virtual waiting room. I had seen him in consultation last year for a urological concern. When we met this year, I did not get the sense that he even remembered me; this is not unusual as I am sure that he sees many patients. He appeared to make my recent diagnosis based primarily on my past visit. He did not ask for me to submit a urine specimen and did not determine if I had a bladder infection. Then, in an almost mechanistic fashion, he went on to explain all of the surgical treatment options. He spoke so fast that I did not even begin to process the possibilities. He was not very empathetic to me as the patient. He reassured me that my insurance would be covering the bill which was not the case. The doxy appointment was not good for me. I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience and I was left feeling not much better thereafter.
