    A UPS store that isn't UPS according to the clerk. So picking up a package when UPS says you can isn't valid.

    This experience was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable…read more My elderly father brought a package to this UPS Store containing Christmas gifts and family heirlooms as well as handmade items that are truly irreplaceable. He asked the employees for help re-packing the items so they would arrive safely, and he was reassured that they would take care of everything. On Christmas morning, instead of opening our family's cherished belongings, we opened a box containing someone else's Christmas presents labeled for "Lacey and Justin." Our items were gone. Instead of celebrating, our family was shocked, devastated, and crying. We have no idea where our heirlooms are or who received them. The emotional loss far outweighs any monetary value. This was not a simple shipping error -- it was a serious failure to properly handle and safeguard a customer's belongings, especially when assistance was requested and trusted. I would strongly caution anyone considering leaving important or sentimental items in the care of this location. Customers trust shipping professionals to handle their belongings responsibly. Unfortunately, that trust was not upheld in this case. This location needs to take accountability for how customer property is handled, especially when vulnerable customers rely on staff assistance. Management and corporate leadership should take this incident seriously.

I got a notification it was going to be held at the Loveland customer center. I got a phone call from an Even saying I could come pick it up between 8 and 8:30pm that day. I have such a weird work schedule that actually ended up being a perfect time. I got there about 8.. well after normal business hours. I wasn't quite sure where to go but crossed paths with a couple drivers who were very friendly and pointed the will call door I was looking for.. the staff inside was so welcoming. I mean at 8 O'clock at night.. if it were me, I don't know how excited I'd be to deal with some weirdo knocking on random doors. With that said everyone was super helpful and my local driver who tried to deliver to me earlier in the day was still there and helped load everything into my car. Thank you!

UPS has a really bad problem with customer service. You cannot reach anyone. No one will reach out to you for at least 15 days. so I'll be going down to Police Department today and I will be making a report for the UPS driver for stealing my package. Everyone please watch your delivery drivers.

I have informed delivery and sometimes never get the mail I am supposed to get. The latest is a mail order prescription that supposedly was delivered in my mailbox at 2:11PM today. Guess what. Mailbox is empty. Now on my 8th call to the post office only to here the busy signal again. They should all be terminated and replaced. Horrible, just plain horrible. We give UPS about 92% of them - the rest go to the USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail systems. We know a good post office when we see it. The negative reviews further down this page are from a time (YEARS AGO) when this post office did deserve what you see posted. There was a man named Dana, the postmaster at the time, who just about single handily created the 2.4 star rating on their main profile. Our business would bring a good amount of packages every day, only to be greeted by an individual who was nothing but put out to see us. Every. Single. Time. Really awkward exchanges, stares and just flat out rude. He wouldn't even let us use the mail totes for business purposes like every other post office in the nation does. We had to purchase our own totes from ULINE, then he would try to hang on to them when we handed the mail over. It was incredible. The current blonde woman at the counter is a HUGE breath of fresh air for us. She most recently renewed our business P.O. Box and was very kind, helpful and thorough. It appears the employees in the back are significant upgrades as well. All of our customer orders go out every day like clock work (we check the tracking a couple hours after they are dropped off).     I took an old business card into the shop in Windsor in June of this year on a Monday or Tuesday. I…read moreasked for the same logo and colors and gave Brett the changes I wanted on the cards. Brett said he would have something for me the following week. When I didn't hear from him I called and he said he would try to get on it. After 3 more weekly phone calls and empty promises I gave up and quit calling. I never did get a proof. Out of curiosity in late October I called Brett and told him I had brought in my business card to be reprinted in June with a sample and the changes I wante made and asked if he had done anything on it. He finally found my information and sent me a proof on November 3 with the original information of the card with the old phone numbers and address. I responded the same day with the original changes I had requested in June. On November 8 I emailed Brett asking if he had anything on the business cards and received no reply. It is now November 16. He has constantly promised to get on it tomorrow, or next week or whenever. I'm still waiting. Absolutely the worst printing company I've ever encountered. Too bad because they come over as trusting and conscientious. And they were recommended by a good friend.
