AVOID this store at all costs unless you enjoy crappy customer service. This franchise runs poorly at best. We wasted our time believing what their website said about their hours and services provided but that was a huge mistake that wasted our time. We booked an appointment for a notary because my mother has cancer and is ill and legal documents needed to be updated. They had 4 1/2 hours after the store opened to contact us about our appointment but never contacted us. We wasted our time, energy and gas to drive there and wait in line only to be told in a nonchalant tone that they just didn't have time to look at the calendar for that day so had no notary. We work and Saturday was the only day for us to get this done and the timing is critical because of my mom's illness. To say we are unhappy is an understatement!! Janessa was very sweet and helpful, she processed all my returns quickly and answered some questions i had as well.

We scheduled an appointment for notary services, received a confirmation of our appointment, only to arrive and be told the could t do it because they were too busy (taking Amazon returns, apparently) and no one had checked the appointment calendar. Unacceptable, as Satirdays are the only day we can make an appointment. Very disappointing, will not use this location for anything. read more

Girls at the counter were incompetent and moving with no purpose while a line went out the door, pathetic. No apology for the wait and they seemed genuinely confused on processing returns. Spent 30+ min waiting in here. read more

A UPS store that isn't UPS according to the clerk. So picking up a package when UPS says you can isn't valid.

I had to return a defective stroller that wouldn't fold to Amazon. when I contacted Amazon I was told it would be ok to return the stroller wrapped in garbage bags as long as the label could be placed on it .i bagged the stroller at took it in To the UPS Store in Windsor .I had to leave the next day. the Store was going through remodeling and Kalea told me that there would be a fee for boxing the stroller. She told me that she would get the stroller boxed by Monday and get it out to Amazon. Kalea contacted me and told me the Cost would be $25.00. I okayed the amount. On Thursday due to a shortage of employees i was contacted by Kalea who told me there wouldn't be A fee because of the delay of getting the stroller out on the truck. I totally appreciate the UPS Store being upfront and honest! read more

I use this store to ship items out all of the time, literally. I have shipped over 100 boxes this year. They are always eager to help and quickly try to process packages and move customers along. If they see you standing in line with a pre-label, they will move you to a separate register to get you on your way. The customer service is friendly and helpful, unlike some other UPS locations that act like they are doing you a favor to let you walk in the door. The only downside here is the poor moms with 3 kids trying to get something packaged while keeping them from grabbing every loose item around( not stores fault) and the horrendous parking because of the busy center( again NTSF) read more

Never have I had such rude and horrific service. Brought a return in and it stated no box or label needed-they will pack and ship for you. Told me I had to buy a package to return it. Said it's a store and that's how they make money, we can't expect them to ship things back for free. Asked her to call the manager so I could speak to them and she wouldn't allow me to. Told me to go to the Fort Collins store. Assistant manager Charlotte was so rude kept telling me it's a store how else do they make money. It's a return and states no box or label needed they pack and return. I have been returning things this way for years I've never had anyone talk to me this way before and will be driving to the Fort Collins store from now on. Way to go Windsor UPS Store, super charming employee you have there. You should rethink who you have speaking to customers. What a bummer. I was in desperate need of a notary for an emergent form to submit to IRS. Called and was told they offer from 11-2...so came in. I was told they couldn't help because they were understaffed and busy. I was literally the only customer in the store with at least 3 employees I could see. Rude and disrespectful when explaining it to me. Will NOT be back. Missed opportunity to extend help and connect with people. Ugh. read more

OK. My first instinct was to go to the post office. However they were closed for the holiday. So I looked on yelp and found this store right here in Windsor! I'm so glad I didn't have to go out of town. Then the girl at the counter was super helpful and nice. Seemed like the guy in back packing stuff was in good spirits and enjoying his job. The staff here is friendly and work quickly. I used them for mailbox services over the holidays and really appreciate that they learned my name & greeted me whenever I came to pick up packages. It was so nice to avoid waiting in line at the post office - 3 months for $42 a totally worth it! They sign for packages when you can't be home, and you pick up at your leisure! read more

We have dealt with them since they opened at the first location and have loved the customer service we had experienced. Especially, when Daniel is around - he always go up and beyond customer service. Call and check hrs before you go in . They seem to be closed random hrs during the day with just a sign on the door. Do not go by online hrs. Many times I have driven there and to find out they closed early or are closed for an hr or two. It's quite frustrating! Otherwise great to work with. read more

I have used this UPS store many times over the past three years. Service was fine; staff was friendly. But in October I sent an exhibit to a pediatrics conference and our exhibit frame was stolen out of the shipping container. Once we got to the conference, the container was 40 lbs lighter. We filed a claim Oct 21 and are getting No Follow-through from Daniel the owner. We drop in weekly and he tells us he's going to call UPS CorporAte and then 'get right back to us.' But he never calls us back. Very frustrated!! I need to replace this exhibit before our next show - but no progress on the insurance I purchased in 2 months. Will not use them again. read more
