Not sure if UPS or if this specific location have changed their printing prices, but they now charge a $2 flat fee to print in addition to the cost per page to print. In the KOP and some locations I've been to in Georgia, I've never encountered that fee when bringing in my own USB to print off of. So not sure who is responsible for the nickel and diming of just printing 1 piece of paper, but it blows my mind that it cost me over $2 to print just 1 8.5 x 11 black and white paper when it used to cost like 10 cents before. read more

Beware of UPS! My 4/1/2024 package contained an important time sensitive payment on a real estate transaction. Not only did UPS lose the package, but they took no responsibility for helping me find it. They told me dismissively to contact UPS myself & apply on their website for a refund for my stop payment cost only. Surprise, the website for refunds doesn't work either, just spinning wheels, crashes They also refuse to provide a refund for charging me for a service they never delivered! Turns out UPS stores are privately owned franchises with little connection to UPS, despite calling themselves a "UPS store"! Save yourself unnecessary aggravation, use your local Post Office or FedEx instead, UPS doesn't back up their poor service. I'll be filing in small claims court for a refund and damages. I bought Hoagies from Lee's Hoagie House in Abington and paid a premium price to have them overnighted for first AM delivery to Tucson, Arizona on a Thursday for Friday morning delivery. UPS doesn't show up until the following Monday, 3 days late, yet still has the balls to charge me the full 391.00 overnight fee I paid, instead of doing the right thing and adjusting the amount that they charged me to reflect the correct amount to when they actually delivered the Hoagies. The only thing that is guaranteed is that this UPS store will rip you off when they don't deliver in the time as promised and PAID FOR. Be safe, Always use FEDEX. read more

This UPS location is fantastic! Especially the store manager Niki who went well above and beyond helping me with a package disruption that had nothing to do with her. I had a very personal package that was getting lost in transit multiple times and she took it upon herself on her own time to make sure I got it safe and sound. This is the worst UPS store I've used. I have a daily pick up, but occasionally need to drop packages off. I dropped off five packages about 20lbs a piece. The counter person reprimanded me for bringing them there instead of the Hub. She told me next time she would turn me away. Does the UPS store want to just sell boxes? This is my second very poor interaction at this location. The last time the implored closed 15 min early and would not unlock the door. You should go elsewhere. Service and attitude. That's what makes this service especially good at this location. I use a cane. Even though the store was busy, the manager (or at least I thought she was the manager) came out to assist me, noticing me through the window. When I told her how much I appreciated her assistance, she said "...that's what we're here for. ". Everyone else was just as nice. I rarely review any business other than restaurants. A local auction house recommended Barry Wexler at the UPS Store 5342 for shipping. The service I received from Mr. Wexler was so prompt, professional and reasonable that I felt compelled to express my appreciation. I authorized UPS to pick up, package and ship a painting from the auction house on Thursday afternoon. Less than two days later, on Saturday morning, my painting was delivered to my house (in New York) impeccably packaged and in perfect condition. Since I needed a document notarized, I searched for a place near my location and this UPS store was within 1 mile. I arrived and I was told there was no one there to notarize the document. The associate stated there was another location in Warminster that may be able to notarize the document. She suggested I call to make sure some was there that could notarize the document but she did not even offer to call for me. If there are only certain times that a location can notarize documents, it should be listed on your website. read more

Its usually very quick to ship from here but its pricey if they pack the items.

I ship from this store ALL the time. They do a fantastic job with packing, will help you carry packages in from your car if you have a bunch or your package is heavy. They are able to look up lost tracking numbers (if you shipped it, not if it is a return slip), print and receive/send packages. I'm thrilled to have this store close to home. They have saved me when my printer broke, my fax machine was on the fritz and always greet me with a smile. read more

I have gone here several times for both shipping and copying. Their per page self-service copying is half the price I was quoted by Staples. The people at this location are friendly and helpful. Even if there is a wait, people are greeted when they walk in. From now on I am going here rather than the Fed Ex Store or Staples. read more
