Came here a few weeks ago to get some table number cards printed for a wedding and the staff working behind the print service station were very helpful and accommodating. One employee whose service stood out to me the most was Jo (I think that was her name). She has short black curly hair and typically works second shift. When I first picked up my order I noticed I had some copies missing. She was very apologetic and sincere. I told her I could come back the next day for the missing copies and she made a promise to have them done as soon as possible. She was so kind to make me feel like a priority. The work was very exceptional. These employees don't mess around. You can tell they take this work seriously and they find joy in customer satisfaction. Have you ever hugged a Staples employee? Well, I hugged two. This review is entirely about printing services. I would give this location 10 stars if I could. We had a last minute print job pickup for the funeral of a close family member the next day. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and realized that what we ordered didn't make sense (completely our fault) and we would need a do-over. Without missing a beat, the lone printing staff member looked at us and offered to do a reprint. She worked with us to get the job done right and expressed genuine care and compassion. The cashier also waited patiently for us to get the order completed and could not have been nicer - he even showed me how to download the app and get a coupon. Bonus! The staff was so amazing. We felt truly touched. I also plan to write to Staples corporate office. They need to figure out how to clone the staff at this Staples. read more

I recently emailed a building print to the Staples Willow Grove store to make 10 copies. About hour later I realized that I sent the wrong format. I called the store and spoke with a Kris in print services. He searched his email but it had not yet been routed to his store. He told me to email the correct format to his store and he would take care of it. When I went to the store about two hours later everything was in the correct format and size. Went in to make some business cards for work and I wasn't looking forward to it because I didnt really have a solid idea in mind and I can be indecisive. My Mom and I were greeted at the door by the cashier which was nice. We were easily able to find the ink we needed for our printer (there was a booklet near the ink indicating which ink to buy for which printer model). We browsed the store for paper and other things we needed. There was a little line, but luckily the man at Customer Service told us to come over and check out there. I called here today because I was looking for inkjet printers. I ended up going to the one in Bensalem but I was very pleased with the level of service the gentleman provided over the phone here. Went in to make some copies, pick up some supplies and drop off a shipment for UPS. The person and the copy desk was very helpful when I had an issue with the copier. She was polite and courteous and even though I made a dumb mistake while printing, she never treated it as a dumb mistake. She fixed my issue and I copied my stuff quickly. While I was there I saw her help numerous customers in the same way. She's the kind of employee most companies dream about. Cashier was fast as well. In and out. Then I went to drop off my UPS package and the person there was even better. She accepted my package and gave me a drop off receipt and then said, "Thanks Sweetie!" After I left Best Buy, with horrible service (meaning no one helped me), I walked over to Staples and got service right away. The elderly man that worked there, helped me with all my questions. I was only looking for a printer, and got better service than I expected after leaving Best Buy and being extremely disappointed. I even got advice about the printer, about questions that I didn't even ask. The customer service was great, and I would pick Staples over Best Buy any day. read more

I'm currently here. Waiting. To pick up an online order for which I received a confirmation to be picked up. I have been here waiting for now over a half hour because the two managers decided to assist customers making purchases and ones on the phone. The line has a few people in it with two registers open. It is not hectic. The one manager is extremely rude and raising her voice at other customers. The one employee was helpful and apologetic but the management at this store, especially the one behind the customer service desk, knows nothing about customer service. The whole point of online ordering is to be in and out. I'll stick to the office max near my house. read more

Will never shop here again. I placed an order for the Print Center a week ago, was waiting to pick them up meanwhile, they had finished the order but did not bother to tell me this. When I had called them they kept putting me on hold for 5 minutes at a time. When I went to pick them up the print centers cash register was not working so I waited in the other line. Went In mail a letter. Second in line with. 2 others went ahead of me. When I stared "I was here first" salesman said "they were here ahead of you and you can just wait (loud and angry)." Manager said same. Both staff appeared to be moving very slowly. Rather than with staff Slow walk , I'll go to the post office. The post office staff on a bad day are nicer and work harder than the staff at Staples willow grove. Suggestion: 1 . have a number system like a deli. 2 consider customer service training for all staff. read more

Had a custom order printed from online (both a poster and 60 packets of black and white paper). My order was completed ahead of schedule, and the lady at the copy/print station desk was SO nice and super helpful. She made sure that she showed me my order and that I was okay with it before I left (it looked even better than I could have imagined). Just a very helpful and pleasant experience. Quite possibly the WORST service ever! It's really ashame it's the closest Staples. Order was not done dispite confirmation. Standing here. The staff literally is standing around talking. I blame the managers. There are 2! It seems like they can't even manage himself. They're sitting and staring at the scene. Let me manage this crew! They would be service oriented in no time! I shop at STAPLES, Willow Grove all the time...until I read this status from my cousin: Willow Grove Staples should be ashamed of itself! Bad enough they don't understand good customer service, but they don't know how to treat their employees either! The manager was rude to me then rude to the elderly man in line behind me at the fax/copier center. Whatever. Then I'm standing in line at checkout and it's freezing. Heavy rain was blowing in the door. The cashier was about 70 years old. Her register was directly in front of their front door. The front doors were open due to construction. I said to the woman "it's freezing in here. You should ask to move to a register away from the door. " she replied " I did the manager won't move me!" Disgusting! Bad enough to freeze out a young person all day, but an older person??? I'll be taking my business to OfficeMax a mile away! #staplesstinks! read more

Never EVEREVEREVER use this tech service. Either totally incompetent or downright thieves. Had 2 awful experiences here in 5 years. Took my computer in for a small memory increase and they ruined it and never offered me compensation and now they totally tried to jack up my bill after quoting me a final number. Super disappointed in Staples and in this store - obviously a management issue here. One time I went in and while shopping asked for the location of the bathroom - "we don't have one" - was the response - really, I expect this at a 7-11 store - but at a big box store - ok, if it was in the inner city, maybe - but in Willow Grove? Come-on guys - so I just went in the back room and used the employee bathroom - dirty, so maybe that's why they don't let people in there - tough keeping those bathrooms clean. All this about a bathroom when they are here to sell office supplies. Basically says that we look at a business for more than just what they do - it's how they do it. The staff is generally not too helpful based on a couple of experiences as well. read more
