There was a special delivery project I needed to help out with at work. Basically we wanted to mass…read moreship some Christmas gifts from Calgary to a local delivery person and have them take them out of the shipping packages, attach a card and deliver them to the recipients (at about 15 locations). We needed a company that was willing to think and work outside of the box (pardon the pun). Despite approaching several companies, these guys were the only one of two companies to respond. They gave me a rough idea of pricing. I found this to be helpful as we didn't quite have our addresses ready yet. When it was time to ship, everything went as planned and they delivered the gifts as requested, in a very timely fashion. When there was one hiccup and it was thought that a gift had been missed or not received, they were able to quickly get us the singing information (despite it being the Friday afternoon before Christmas). I found the owner to be very professional and customer service oriented. I know what we wanted while not hard, was complicated.
