As a graphic designer, I'm terribly picky about where I print, and I've had to deal with a LOT of other places where staff were inept or have no clue about the actual printing process. Their turnaround is super-speedy (within 24 hours if needed) and they will hand-deliver your order if your business is within walking distance of their location. Manager Pamela Pua is absolutely exceptional; friendly and knowledgable, and the type of person who will remember your name and face from jobs you ordered several years ago! The only downside is that they're closed on weekends. Regardless, I'll gladly give my business to them in the continuing future.

Very poor customer service Gentlemen and Ladies,…read more At the beginning of May 2022, I called the Print Three Company at Eglinton and Yonge St. I spoke with Mr. Adrian Oud. The quote for 240 double sided copies of a report, 240 envelopes addressed, stuffed and shipped to Canada Post, was $850.00 plus HST ($960.50). The postage per letter of $0.5150 plus HST would be separate. I agreed and provided my Credit Card numbers over the phone. On June 6, 2022 I e-mailed, Mr. A. Oud, and stated that I paid for 240 letters, however, as per the invoice from the post office, only172 were mailed. 68 letters were Not mailed $3.54 per letter = I am owed a refund of $240.72. A few days later I wrote again and also phoned Print Three at Yonge and Eglinton. I was told that a manger would return my call and handle the problem. To date I have not received any reply from Mr. Oud or anyone else from the company. In June I received my May credit card statement and noticed that $960.50 was charged twice (on May 12, 2002 when I gave my credit card number to Mr. A. Oud, and again on May 30, 2022). On May 31, 2022 a postage fee of $102.10 was charged to my credit card, which was correct! On June 20, 2022 I personally went to Print Three on Eglinton. I was told that no manager was in the office. I left a package (copies of e-mails, invoices and my credit card statement) and was told that I would get a reply within a couple of days. On July 11, 2022 at 2:40PM I called Print Three, and again I was told that no manager was in the office that day, but I would get a reply the next day. Four days later, still no reply from anyone at Print Three. I was sure that the missing 68 not mailed letters and the 2nd of $960.50 on my CC was an error and both would be rectified as soon as possible. I wrote one more e-mail and made 2 more phone calls to Print Three at Eglinton & Yonge St. No reply! I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and asked for help. After a month I was told that the Print Three Company has not replied to their e-mails or phone calls. I was told that all they can do is lower the rating, which they have done! I have contacted the credit card company! My next step is to forward the matter to the Small Claims court. Print Three has been in business for many years, and generally has a good reputation. In future, I will do a thorough research and also contact the Better Business Bureau before doing any business with any company. EE Your review is here:

I came to them with ideas of what I wanted the invitations to look like. They created a proof, however, they required a nonrefundable deposit before I was able to see this proof. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up the invitations, the colours were completely different from what I originally expected and the quality was lacking. They looked OK, but I was not very impressed. If you can, I would suggest you try a different place for your printing needs.

God forbid your Purolator package gets redirected here…read more This store is run by incompetent staff, who couldn't find two packages that Purolator attempted to retrieve. They were eventually able to find the boxes, but this isn't something that should happen, and it caused numerous headaches. Their English is poor too. It cost 30 some dollars to send it to Toronto from Fredericton and $58 to send it back. When I returned to inquire about about the different prices , I was given an incomprehensive explanation which wasn't clarified after being repeated several times. Also the clerk was on the phone chatting while dealing with me both times. One time on a cell and another on the store phone. Avoid this place.
