They emailed asking what finish. then emailed suggesting it might not get printed in time. ok. I called to get clarification on the "might". I needed them that evening, can they do rush yes or no. I was told yes! Ok great so I didn't go down the street to another shop. Then 30 minutes later I get an email saying no... so I call again and the person on the phone (a new person) says he cant tell me yes or no. He suggested I go with no. This shop lacks communication and customer service. The person on the phone for the second time wouldn't check if the file was in que or not. I was not rude on the phone, I just needed an answer - do I take my business else where? So I called a shop down the road and they can print in a 2 hour turnaround.

It was one of those days and I just threw my arms up in defeat and told them I'd be back. Right away, they told me that the company i was returning to uses a QR code, and that I would have the code on my phone from initiating the return. Then they waited patiently and calmly while I searched my phone for the email from the company. As if taking the initiative with their suggestion was not great enough, they also explained that the QR code let them print out the label, and which they did, and then they taped it to the box for me. My stressful day was turned around by the excellent customer service at Adfactor, and I am so grateful for their consistently efficient and kind service. I cannot thank them enough.
