    I had twelve 11"x17" sheets printed off in color today on gifts for framing. The printing was…read moreeconomical, but the last sheet printed off with some yellow blotches on it that didn't belong. I showed this to the man that waited on me and let him know he may have a problem with his printer. He looked at it, went over to the printer and looked at it, came back to the counter and looked at the sheet of paper with the blotches and said, "Hmmm", then promptly shoved it back on top of the other copies in a manner that let me know I was dismissed. I did not receive an offer of printing off a replacement, or even an apology. Obviously, this one will not be giftable. I realize this was a very small job, but as a business owner myself, I know that each job and customer should be treated equal - small or large. Our intentions were to go back for a larger print job in the future, but we will be finding someone else to do that.

    This business is contracted with Fed Ex to accept their return packages. I brought a return package…read morethere & asked them to print the label out that I received from Walmart in my e-mail as I don't have a printer. The owner told me that his email was not working & suggested I go to the library, which I did. It was a major hassle because I live twenty minutes away & didn't have my email password with me. Someone working at the library was helping me try to reset my password, but we were having so much trouble that I decided to drive home to get it. I said to the employee, "I bet the Parcel Express guy just doesn't WANT to do it," to which they replied, "He sends people here all the time to print out labels." I then returned to Parcel Express & was told that he wasn't able to print from attachments & that I had to put the label on a thumb drive for him to print. So he lied that his email wasn't working. If you have a third party Walmart return, go to Walmart & they will print the label & take care of you in about thirty seconds. I was also told that Parcel Express also frequently sends people to the library to fax things that he supposedly can't fax. I called corporate Fed Ex & registered a formal complaint. They said that he should be printing the labels & apologized that this took up so much of my time & gas money. I will not be back to Parcel Express.

    The two women running this place are completely ridiculous. They strung me along for 3 months…read moretelling me they would complete my labels and never did. Same with a small 8x11" sign I asked them to do. I would tell Lynette (I guess the owner?) what I needed done and she would say, "I'll get with Gracie and see if we can get it done for you today." And then crickets. I'd call back in a week or so and EVERY TIME she'd say, "Hi Michelle, where have you been??" [In a really obvious phony voice.] Wellll, clearly you said you would call me back, that's where I've been, you fool.] Her only strategy is to blame-shift. And then I'd ask what they accomplished in that time and she'd say they were still trying to figure something out in their program and that she would get right back with me and then crickets again. I told her how important this was for my business and that I have orders coming in and I need labels for my products. Do you think she cared? Correct, that'd be a no. Her art designer Gracie isn't any different. I tried to speak with her directly to find out what the issue was, since she said from the beginning the files of my labels were fine.. and she suddenly tells me she's not able to print what I sent her.. after months of waiting.. and when I try to communicate with her to try and find out what she issue is and troubleshoot (even though I should have stopped trying to do business with them much prior to this) she quickly got very snarky with me and blamed me too!!! Instead of trying to solve the problem she said the owner told her to say "we can't do business with you". Unreal! So that's how you treat a customer when you can't accomplish the task? These women are incompetent, rude, first-class idiots, plain and simple. Oh, and when I asked for a refund on the design fee, since nothing got done, and a dark sign they were supposed to have fixed, I was ignored, as expected. So they're thieves, to boot. I've since taken my business elsewhere and wish I had done so long ago. Please do yourself a favor and deal with one of the other neighboring print shops who will do better work, more timely, and with a friendly demeanor. Plus, they were charging TWICE as much as the other print shops for poor quality labels!! I got a sample of one and the ink rubbed off...now I don't have that problem and I'm SO glad I found the shop I'm going to now. Even their website blurb is a total farce, they don't care about quality AT ALL. Lynette even said to me, and I quote, "As long as the information is on there that's all that matters." Crazy. I fully expect some sort of nonsense defense as a response to my review, especially since I warned them I would be posting this. Whatever it is, I recommend don't pay it any mind because they are proven liars and thieves.
