I have been into the office on a Monday morning when it was dead, and there was 4 tellers working. Didn't even really wait in line. But if you go in around lunch time, or on the weekends. You will find 3 people up front 2 of them will have "next window signs." So basically there is 1 teller to help usually 10 or more people in line. The last time I was in there was 3 tellers working. "This was around noon" the line was moving okay. There was around 7 of us in line. Then one teller decided to up, and go on break. While the other decided to close her lane, and start doing certified letters... Once I got closer to the front I asked the clerk doing the letters if they could possibly open another window? Her reply was; Ummm I'm pretty busy doing these letters so I can't help you. Someone will be back soon, so you're just gonna have to wait.... Another time I was in I didn't have enough cash to cover the amount, so I whip out the new credit card.. The teller looks at me, and says; it's not signed on the back. To which I reply; oh sorry just got it here's my ID... She retorts; I can't take it; it's not signed... I said okay I can sign it real quick. She said; no you can't sign it in front of me, and now you can't use it today... What? First off if you're an expert in signatures you would be able to compare my license, and signature... Secondly just having an ID with my picture, and signature on it should have sufficed.. In conclusion if you're not a private organization, and your check comes from tax payers. Then the public should be your main concern, and not your personal problems..

They make suggestions for best transport and price. They are very patient as well. I rarely see a line but the odd times that there was a line, they made sure to greet each customer and make the wait seem like nothing at all. They are super quick and even the mail person that comes to the house is extremely nice! They truly seem to care about what you're sending and receiving.

Also decided to do this the WEEK OF CHRISTMAS WITHOUT WARNING. So we called them that week, well they're wanting us to move our almost 30 year old mailbox. Which I'd like to point out, I'm not a difficult person and I've managed companies throughout my twenties, so I respect regulations BUT this was unprofessional and honestly gross on a human level too. Soooo idk why they didn't let us know during the 4 months the mail piled up or why they waited until the week of Christmas to stop delivering w/o notifying but we decided to drive to the office on the 21st to see what was up. We explain to them we'll try to get our mailbox up for them but its just a couple days before the Holidays and we had no way of preparing for this. The ladies in the office reassure us they'll make sure we get our mail and we are still getting 2 weeks of delivery before he can just stop like he is. NOPE! My son stands outside trying to wave this guy down and he just drives right past. So we call them this time. They tell us they do have a package for us and we can come pick it up the next day, the 23rd which is my son's birthday. Well I would but we had a snow storm and we couldn't drive out there. Well the ladies in the office reassure us again that not to worry they'll make sure this guy delivers our package. Still NO. So we had to wait til today, after the holidays, to go pick up our package. I just tell them to please send back to senders, so we can just go through FedEx or something else. Well now they're trying to act like they don't even remember having a package even though we were told our package is there. Small town community? I think not. Asserting dominance in your government job on innocent people? Yeah thats not how we work together out here in the country. This was a completey unprofessional disaster on their end.
