Apparently not tru as I was advised that if they have to print the shipping label they have to charge for taping up the box. The clerk AND the manager were very snotty, told me I was wrong about the Amazon return (maybe so but still), etc... it wasn't the $1 for the taping of the box that got me it was the nasty attitude and the yammering under their breath as they taped it up. Two of them were in the back talking and neither of them bothered to step up and wait on me or acknowledge me. The 3rd employee was off to the side on a computer. After a few minutes one walked up and did something on the register, still never greeted me smiled or said anything. Many of the items I ship depend on Saturday Express Shipping and I had to drive to Ashland to make my delivery deadline. Recommendation: have an express window and if you are short staffed, the owner needs to work.
