I went to drop…read moreoff an Amazon return, that amazon indicated I didn't need to pack, just drop off item, show return code and go. Apparently not tru as I was advised that if they have to print the shipping label they have to charge for taping up the box. The clerk AND the manager were very snotty, told me I was wrong about the Amazon return (maybe so but still), etc... it wasn't the $1 for the taping of the box that got me it was the nasty attitude and the yammering under their breath as they taped it up. Won't use that store again.

Went inside the UPS store on Dressler around 3:20 pm on a Monday to drop off 2 packages.There were…read more3 employees working ( or at least I thought so.) Two of them were in the back talking and neither of them bothered to step up and wait on me or acknowledge me. The 3rd employee was off to the side on a computer. After a few minutes one walked up and did something on the register, still never greeted me smiled or said anything. Once employee finished doing whatever they were doing on register I was finally waited on. I'm guessing all three of them were having a bad day.I usually come here much earlier in the day and the morning employees are always friendly.)
