The colors were all washed out and dim. This was after we waited weeks for them the finish it. They kept telling us that the part was on order and wasn't in yet. My guess is that they may have used an aftermarket part, and not an original HP part to replace the screen and the driver. Very unhappy with the result. After they replaced it and turned it on, they could easily see that the screen behavior was sub-par, but they went ahead and gave it back to us. I would be very wary about using their services in the future.

I was told that they offered this service. Now this is the deal breaker the salesperson tells me that since they did not have any sticker packages open behind the counter that I would have to purchase a box of stickers and they would then print the image I needed on the stickers. This for me made zero sense I have a photo printer if thats the case why pay them to print the stickers if I have to buy the box which I don't need? The person on the phone didn't seem to care that his place of business would be losing a possible sell...which they did!
