I went in to copy 16 pages of notes that I had made and he told me it was $2.50 for the first page and $.25 after that. That's Highway robbery. No one charges $2.50 for the first page. I constantly go to Office Depot, and all the other printing office places. I was so disappointed. I walked out of there. read more

Extremely disappointed with their customer service and the delivery of my package. We brought in a small package for delivery to SW Florida were given quoted delivery in 3 days. We decided to proceed. Less than 24 hours into shipping UPS is now quoting the delivery to take 6 days. I called the UPS Store to understand what was going on. "Well, your package got lost for a while....we only give estimated delivery dates." After saying that I was disappointed & could understand a small delay but not a doubling of delivery time was told "we are a private company and not UPS" then hung up on me. WILL NOT TRUST THEM EVER AGAIN with our packages. read more

Then They tried to charge me $250 to package and ship out, and said that shipping alone would cost $170! I opted out of their service and went straight to the ups store, and got my package delivered for $70. I know that this is a third party service, but a price difference that is TRIPLE the price of what it actually costs is pretty ridiculous to me. Other than that, the people working there were friendly.
