This business charged me for two key deposits and only returned one amount.... due to the fact they closed my box without notice but never gave me my key deposit back but charged me another one to keep my box open all the time I had the same key. This Business has their printer in the back room... You never know what they are doing with your paperwork.. they can easily alter and have altered my paperwork like the size of font and other UPS stores have shown me that with the link I send anyone can edit my paperwork. Shauna had added their printer to my computer to print but forgot to tell me to undo the printer and some of my paperwork went to them by mistake and they never called to ask me what I wanted done with it but the company I was sending the issues to were given the " heads up" about my complaint and then they started to back peddle to correct the issues before consumer protection received the complaint. or simultaneously to make me look foolish. I bought the office a coffee card and gave an attended jewelry as I felt the need in order to get my mail which I was still not getting like checks when I needed them. They sent me on a wild goose chase down to main street in Torrington, Ct., saying that my packages probably got sent there as that often happened. I went and it was a very dangerous looking house and no one home abandoned. And none of my packages were there. They also have the outside code for the store mail room the same every time people change a box lease and you can still access the room where they get their mail, and why give them back the key deposit if they don't give back the deposit? because the way I see it they also put others peoples mail in my box so they could be renting the box to others or people still getting their mail in my box from before and not paying as not just my mail was in my box... as constantly other peoples mail in my box then gone. The staff was super friendly. They go as fast as they can! Parking is not the most convenient there but that's not their fault.

Excellent service from this store. Friendly, helpful and very organized. They recently packaged and shipped my items across the country. All items are breakable and have sentimental value. Well, either things have gotten better here or we're imagining better experiences. Whatever, we're happy to give upgraded marks to the UPS Store. We've been here several times in the summer and fall, and each time we've been met with smiling staff and quick, professional service, and we've left feeling satisfied. It still can be difficult to find parking, but this store offers a lot of worthwhile services and help when needed. Hooray for them - and us! read more

Store is overpriced more then other UPS store. the owner is rude and ALL his staff that is related to him is also rude the other employees are fine. However they are deliberately delayed in handing over UPS no label or packaging items to Amazon. I dropped off several items on a Monday and they didn't hand them over to UPS until 3 days later delaying my refund. But the items that I had to pack myself were handed to UPS the same day. They also randomly close down the store earlier than the listed time. You can never reach them on the listed phone number as well overall don't waste your time at this location. USE THE canton UPS store much better customer service. read more

I would never be motivated to leave a review for a UPS store but was very happy with this one. They didn't skimp on packing materials such as bubble wrap, used a strong box and wasted no time at all to mail an item I ordered. read more

Went to drop off Amazon return that was to be packed and shipped for free. They told me it was to big for one box and I would have to pay $7 and that Amazon was wrong. Took it to UPS store in Canton and they took it no questions asked. Will never go to this store again. read more
