Utterly incompetent. My letter was addressed, stamped, with return address written and already in an envelope. They asked for my ID to mail it. Spent 15 minutes asking me questions and announcing my full name, address, the location of my mail, their entire name, etc to the entire office. I ended up leaving due to the rude service. I've never been treated like that before when I simply wanted to mail a letter. It isn't rocket science to mail something that is already addressed. Literally you read and put it in the system, all I wanted was a signature verification upon receipt of the letter. Went elsewhere and had no issues. This facility needs staff retraining and education. read more

Great experience shipping from this store. We had a large glass heirloom plant stand to ship across country. The employees were very helpful and efficient and really worked as a team. While we were waiting to have our item packaged, we saw them help a bunch of other folks with their requests and I was impressed with how respectful they were with everyone who came in. Loved the bird cam they had set up for people to watch while waiting, too. read more

The man there was a complete asshole to me and my husband. Very rude, obviously hates his job and needs to find something else to do with his time. Wanted to charge $4 a page to fax documents, absolutely ridiculous. Then proceeded to get an attitude with me about pricing and gave my three year old daughter dirty looks. I am just disgusted at how we were treated at this ups store. First of all from out of the state of Indiana so this was my first impression of northern hospitality. As a business account owner spending thousands of dollars in shipping and receiving a year this was my last time dealing with ups for business needs. A fedex account is now in place. Was treated like I was a problem, treated like I was stupid and spoken down to. Our boxes did NOT arrive when supposed to, we mailed 6 packages with a cost of over 800 dollars. The boxes trinkled in for a month, until we had to go to ups directly to pick the last one up. Every single box is damaged, and had damaged items. So now we have to go through the insurance claim process, which takes months. I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy to use ups for their package needs. read more
