Well, it has now been 2 months, and I have not heard back from this place. Overall, I am pretty disappointed, although my initial problem was indeed fixed.

Sadly, they didn't work after the repair, and just a few days later they called back and said that the new pair came in and I could go pick it up. The new, used pair they gave me looked great, it was in almost perfect condition. That was at least two years ago and the headphone still work perfectly. I immediately brought it to his attention and he said "that's normal. It will still work just fine" and offered no solutions to my problems. The next day I noticed something else not quite right about the screen; it's absolutely draining my battery life on my phone. My 15 pro max used to last all day of constant use and still have battery left at the end of the day. Now if I look at a text or scroll less than 5 TikTok's it will eat 10% of my battery. As far as the speed of the repair, if you really need something fixed fast I guess I would recommend them for that. If you want a quality repair with quality parts, find someone else to do the work.
