Never any issues with the staff or pace. Most of these one star reviews are boomers who still don't know how the mail or packages work after 60+ years here. They deserve more patience with how often I see old Joe from class of 75 or Marsha yelling at the poor 19 year old girl about an Amazon return...great place. Quick and to the point always. They never have my packages and always have to search for them. They are so unorganized that it isn't even funny.

The worker in this store literally could not have been less helpful nor more rude. I watched him "help" three people, plus myself and he's terrible with customers. The last few times I needed to use UPS for anything, I called first to make sure they were open and could do what I needed to be done. They assured me that they were and they could. When I showed up they informed me the person that does "that stuff" isn't here today. Unfortunately, I have to use UPS again but no one will even answer the phone this time. This has got to be the absolute worst UPS Store in the entire country. Horrible, horrible customer service/interaction/appreciation and zero help. read more

They wouldn't ship my package even after charging me for extra packing peanuts and a new box. :( The salesperson vigorously tried to sell me on a fed ex equivalent of a post office box. I was not interested. They have a nice selection of cards, birthday graduation, etc. I've never seen another customer there. I wonder how they keep so many employees. read more

I have been a customer and client of this store for the past year and have nothing but good to say about the owners, staff, and other customers that come and use this business. Very clean, friendly, fun, inviting, helpful, smiles, cares, and the list goes on. Always a joy to come into the store, greeted by first name, already have my mail pulled from the box, and placed in the counter. The people are super nice and willing/able to help with your needs. just walked out of what is without doubt the worst UPS store i've been to. ordered a print online to pickup at the store. store never received the order. went in. computer will not open file bc their application wasn't up to date. i was told over the phone they have a new owner & things were still being transferred. seems like they need to not offer services until they figure it all out. employee working was unwilling to help with the issues as well as give me a refund for the items i ordered & paid for. said "okay i'll go to FedEx to get help" and left. will never return for business of any sort. read more

I went to ship broken TV with a prepaid shipping label back to Amazon, and was told that I'd have to pay $65 to put the TV into one of the store's shipping boxes. I reasoned that the TV was delivered in the same box as I was trying to ship and was protected will all the same packing materials. I was using the same box as it was delivered in BY UPS. This did not persuade the two employees. Fortunately, I called the other UPS store accross town (9th and Perkins), and they were more than happy to take the package. In the end, I feel like this store was just trying to find ways to charge me. read more

UPS stores are allowed to charge different prices than ups.com. This is not the reason for my rating, though. I gave this place one star because they lie about their pricing. I went to ship a package, and they quoted $5 more than the online price. I asked about it, and the girl who was working the counter (alone--4 other workers were in the back) asked a coworker for help. He said, "UPS's website is wrong. They quote the wrong prices all the time." I said that's ridiculous, I could have printed out a label at that price at home. At that point, the coworker began mocking me, saying I didn't know what I was talking about and I should see what the post office would have charged me. I said, fine just ring me up so I can get out of here. The girl only rings me up for the box, not shipping. I got upset at this point and smacked my hand on the counter, saying "Please, just ring up the label so I never have to come here again." At this point, an employee with "owner" on her shirt comes out and starts yelling at me about mistreating her employee. I said what about your employees lying to me? Then she started yelling at me so I couldn't get a word in. I just paid my bill and left. I called UPS corporate, who finally told me the truth. They also said that prices should be posted in the store. This store has no prices anywhere. Avoid them at all cost unless you want to be ripped off. read more
