Every time I go to this store, the ladies are always super friendly and helpful. This store also has a kiosk that makes dropping off a package with a label super fast and convenient. A huge plus for this store is they actually have a landline and they actually answer the phone. It's insane. You can call the store and somebody that works in that store will answer! I needed a document notarized, and my bank branch was not available, geographically. So, I looked to the nearest UPS Store location. I have on several occasions, in multiple states, used them for their convenience. First, I checked online to verify they offered the service at the desired location, which they did. I tried to book an appointment online through their automated appointment system, but that was not an option. Rather, the website merely suggests you swing by, anytime. So, I showed up shortly after opening, only to be told there would be no notary services prior to 3:00-3:30 pm ... a solid eight (8) hours later. Frustrating, to say the least. That said, the employee present was perfectly pleasant, and for all I know this location is otherwise fantastic. However, I'll never know, because I won't be back. My simple suggestion is if you want their notary service, you better call ahead and absolutely verify it, before wasting a trip. read more

I wish I had gotten the guy's name. He was absolutely AWESOME. I needed a box to return an item. I didn't know what size I needed. He walked to my vehicle to get the item, packaged my item, including the label, & walked it back to my vehicle. I had to take the item to the post office. He went above and beyond to help. read more

This place is great. It's a reliable resource, where the people behind the counter really are on your side. I've seen the place crowded with customers too rude to believe because they are stressed out for one reason or another, yet the workers are unflappably polite and level headed. I've seen elderly people with trouble organizing themselves, much less their packages, but the employees treat them with patience. Sure, there are some people who are frustrated that they are closed on Sunday and are not 24 hours, but let's face it, THIS IS STARKVILLE, MISSISSIPPI! Nothing but Waffle House, Denny's, the police and the hospital are open 24 hours here! For this community, a reliable, conscientious, and professional shipping store is just what we need and it's exactly what we have. read more

Shipped two boxes with invaluable family pictures from the UPS. UPS shipped the items to the wrong address. Both boxes were severally damaged. Very difficult and costly to get UPS to correct the problem. I will use another carrier in the future. read more

BEWARE: That insurance you're paying good money for is useless. Any breakage proves YOU didn't pack well enough. AND you have to have a sales receipt to try to press your claim. read more
