Additionally, when I brought a pair of…read morepants in to have them tapered at the hem, she introduced the taper immediately right under the knee -- there was no gradual taper at all, and now the pants look odd. On those pants, she also took out all of the fabric from the front side of the seam, which resulted in the seam having the appearance of spiraling around my leg slightly. I advise against going to Annette for alterations.

She was polite, she did good work, reasonably priced and delivered a finished product that I was satisfied with. I dropped off two uniform tops to her, and she was an open ear for me to explain what I wanted done. She paid attention to what I requested, explained what she would do and asked important questions relevant to how I'd want things accomplished. She even made time to do a quick fitting without an appointment. A few weeks later (at my own request, I wasn't in a hurry) she churned out a pair of great fitting pieces. What was the perfect touch for me, was that before starting on my clothes, she took the time to call and clarify a small question she had, and even double check before starting. That little touch of proactive customer service really went a long way. I'll recommend Eva to any of my friends or coworkers for alternation work in the area. The price was fair (but not above or below market value), she's on 45 and easy to deal with. A slam dunk for the area. Too easy.
