Their boutique is so comfortable, stylish, classy, and very cute! Out of the few bridal shops I had already visited, Evanna's had the atmosphere I was looking for, along with highly attentive and knowledgeable consultants. In the end, they had EXACTLY the style I was looking for and I said YES to the dress! It was a smooth and fun process. I would highly recommend this small business.

I brought in an old jacket to have the entire zipper replaced and they did it within the time they promised and did it well, more importantly. TL;DR I recommend this place (at least for zipper replacement, the only service I had them do).

Extremely rude and genuinely don't know how this guy made it to being a manager ANYWHERE. Half of the men's suits were either messed up or didn't come in at all either no refund or discount offered. Second wedding: we had to pay in full before even being fitted, ok maybe that's because they kept running into issues like we did with the first wedding no problem. Some of the groomsmen didn't have to pay until they returned their suits so now who services you decides when you pay? Third wedding: the entire group was put together wrong so the price went up over $100 out of nowhere and between the Tuscaloosa, Hoover, and Huntsville locations NO ONE is on the same page about a "company policy" so again does what you have to do and when you have to pay depend on who services you? Does anybody who works there have a clue what's going on or does it change from a day to day basis?
