I had to run in to mail a box that had the return label already on it. There was two employee's working when I walked in. Very quiet no one else inside. Both acknowledged me, took the box and asked if I wanted a a receipt. He scanned it and gave me a copy. It was super fast , both were nice making small talk. This location is in a small strip mall, easy to find and lots of parking. I'd come back to this location if needed. read more

Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever received in that store!!!! This employee Alex hasn't always been the friendliest but today when I was initially confused about the return instructions , he was very short with me. And then when I questioned why he wanted to charge me separately to tape boxes instead of buying a roll of tape (which was HALF the price) , he got mad and ripped up my return tickets and told me he was not shipping my packages. There is always two sides to every story but I really hope they have cameras and the owner Stephen watches!! They lost my business today and my husbands company. Also the lady in there that witnessed his rudeness is making a complaint . Dude if you don't understand how to be nice then you need a different job!! The other guy and the girl Katlyn are always nice. Edited: drove to the UPS store on Marion street in Shelby , THE NICEST employees ever!!! They also didn't charge me for tape saying their boss would never be okay with them acting like Alex and I offered multiple times to pay for it. They just earned my business and my husband's. read more

The store is like most of the other ones I've been to. Came in to return some items that I ordered. The staff are friendly and offer fast service. It took no time to mail off 5 packages. The offer the traditional services you find at UPS Stores with a friendly approach. Some of the locations make you tape up the box and put the label prior to sending it out. This store took my labels and boxes and scanned them in and gave me a receipt. They did all the work! One item I was sending back needs to be boxed and they did everything they could to save me money on the packaging cost. read more

Attendants are not wearing masks. This is a small store with poor ventilation. The store is very busy which increases the chance of infection for anyone using the store. I was very disappointed as I've used the store almost weekly and find them friendly and helpful. I'll be using other local shippers until the pandemic is over or the employees follow simple guidelines. read more

I'm in sales and stop at UPS stores to print copies from a thumb drive frequently. Entered the store and noticed the clerk was busy with a customer. Found the self service computer and printed 6 copies to the high speed printer. The clerk charged me for the listed computer time, minimum $2.00 plus the $0.09 per copy charge. I assume I could have waited for the clerk, handed him the thumb drive, helped him through the menus to find the files, and had him print them for no computer time. Ridiculous business logic. Staples is right down the street. I'll use them for copies from now on when in town. read more
