The next year the gutter were clogged and I was unable to clean them as there are 2 laters of aluminum plus several inches styrofoam over the gutters. I texted Josh then with no reply. Now another year later and he replied to my video. He offered for me to pay $150 for a service call. Job should have been done right from the start, so here I am letting you all know. My upright freezer had steadily increased in temperature. I called Security Appliance late in the…read moremorning. David said he was booked for the day but would stop by sometime after 5 pm. This gave us time to locate coolers and freeze packs to empty the freezer. We had done this before since the freezer was icing up. David arrived as promised. Quickly diagnosed the problem. There were two possibilities and he said he'd try the less costly part first and there would be no service charge if he had to return to install the controller. Unit worked great for several months and I was careful to ensure free air flow. Now at 19 degrees and waiting for David to return! Hoping this Will extend the freezer's life. David explained it wasn't the seal. He didn't suggest lots of parts. Showed up as promised. Also said we didn't have to empty the entire freezer to install the part when he returned to install it. Would highly recommend this company. David DOES NOT WORK ON LG PRODUCTS. We learned this when I previously called about an LG refrigerator.
