I bought a new one and was unable to get it in as the wire holding would not move out of the way. I had requested a new air filter which he did not replace (very dirty). I texted him and begrudging he did come back and loosened the wire and said he replaced the air filter. He did not replace the filter he cleaned the sponge cover. The bottom line, he left me without a running mower. Bo charged me $330.00 which I calculated $300.00 profit. He asked for cash this way I had no record or no way to make him accountable. I do not trust him to service my mower and I sent it to a Cub Cadet representative and had it serviced which cost me twice for the same service Bo had charged. QC was horrible oil fill left loose didn't bother to check air pressure in tires they got mud on tires and didn't bother to wash it off mechanic told her blades were fine ( I took them off and had them sharpened for her because they were dull) then charged her 5 hrs for maybe 2 hrs of half assed work . What has happened to customer service and these businesses thinking this is remotely acceptable. Hope your out of business soon with a valuable lesson learned
