Came to NC on vacation and helped a friend bring her Kubota mower in for service. She requested full service on mower and either sharpen or replace blades. QC was horrible oil fill left loose didn't bother to check air pressure in tires they got mud on tires and didn't bother to wash it off mechanic told her blades were fine ( I took them off and had them sharpened for her because they were dull) then charged her 5 hrs for maybe 2 hrs of half assed work . What has happened to customer service and these businesses thinking this is remotely acceptable. Hope your out of business soon with a valuable lesson learned read more

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR TRACTOR FROM HERE. We purchased a brand new New Holland Workmaster 95 tractor from them in December 2021. Our air-conditioning went out well two months ago. We contacted them and had to wait 3 weeks to get it booked in. Its been nearly a month and we still do not have our tractor back. We have lost significant revenue as a result not to mention the reputational risk as we can't open our motorcycle track. We have be lied to multiple times. They do not have a loaner to provide us with either. This service is grossly unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere. read more

The classic bait and switch. Avoid at all costs! They changed the price on me three times after they got me in the shop, were dicey on the financing after they had approved me and then proposed a deal that would have cost $960 more per year. Terrible business practices. read more

took my new holland skid steer to have them fix problem with machine blowing 5 amp fuse. told them when i dropped off machine i did not want to spend a lot of money on it because i am now retired. told them to call when they found problem and tell me the cost to repair. they did not do this. when i went to pick up the machine i was told it was a wire touching metal above the head liner. they charged me $674.00 to tape up a wire. they also claimed they put on a fuel solenoid ( i had just installed a brand new one before taking it to them), and a relay. both of which were not needed according to the guy who went over the bill with me. but they were "TRYING" things that might be wrong. i was told it took 5.5 hours of labor to find a short and tape up a wire. the mechanic which i called to check on my machine told me he had been pulled off my machine and put on something else was why it was taking so long. i believe i was charged for this mechanic's time working on someone elses machine. if you choose to take a piece of equipment to these people for service my advise is to stay with the machine if you don't have deep, deep pockets. $674.00 to tape up a wire, I WAS RIPPED OFF and they know it. yelp has me listed as san francisco, ca. i am from morganton, nc i do not know why it is listed as san francisco and could not figure out how to change it. read more

These guys are shady, shady, shady! I'm sick and tired of having to constantly "hide" their DEALER ads in the For Sale By OWNER section of Craigslist. You're a DEALER! Act like it and play by the rules rather than inconveniencing customers of other businesses with your questionable, unethical, and unsolicited marketing practices. I even contacted them about it directly and was rudely told to "Mind my own business." Guess what? I'm making it my "business", and as a consumer, I would never support, nor recommend anyone else do, a business that operates like this, by manipulating already free avenues of advertising. read more
