I paid to have my lawn mower repaired, but the mower was not properly repaired and is still not working as it should. I have been trying for approximately a month to get this issue resolved. My son has called and texted several times as well. At one point, the repair person told us he would come out on Monday to look at the mower. We followed his instructions and left the mower outside for him, but he never came and did not follow up with us. I have made multiple attempts to contact him and give him the opportunity to correct the problem, but my calls and messages have largely gone unanswered. I understand that repairs can sometimes require additional work, but once you have been paid for a repair, the customer deserves communication and an honest effort to make sure the problem is resolved. I have tried to handle this privately and have been more than patient. Unfortunately, after a month of trying to get a response, I feel I have no choice but to share my experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this repair service make sure they get everything in writing and are certain the repair is completed properly before paying.

He texted me and apologized and said "I'll be there Thursday or Friday" Friday rolled around and guess what.....no show A week went by and I texted him again and asked if he was going to come look at it, or if I needed to figure something else out. His reply... "Yes! Sorry I've had a ton of stuff at the school this week, I'll come by Thursday or Friday at the latest" And guess what.... He didn't show up....again I waited almost 3 weeks and asked if he was ever going to come by, or if I needed to figure something else out. . His response "Sorry man. I was on vacation last week and I'm just now getting caught up. I will make it there by Thursday of next week. I promise." Guess what...I'm still having to borrow my neighbor's mower. This whole ordeal started on MAY, 11 2023. It is now AUGUST 4, 2023 and my mower is still sitting in the exact place that I pushed it into in the garage almost 3 months ago. I've never had this much trouble trying to hire someone.
