I was denied service. It wasn't due to behavior. I didn't ask them to ship anything illegally, or ship anything hazardous. They just had a blanket policy. Before visiting, I would see what their views on your items are. I do not know if religious items are offensive to them. They may be recovering alcoholics and refrain from shipping wine as a moral stance. Maybe their political views are contradictory with your items. In any event, before wasting your time energy or gas, make sure your item meets with their approval. read more

Dropped off a return package for Zappos. Very different experience than I've had in every other UPS store I've been to. The owners were generally service oriented, wanting to win long-term customers The employees at the location were fine. AJ the owner seems to be pennywise and pound foolish. I hadn't taped up the box and his policy is to charge two dollars for tape. That is clearly his prerogative as a business owner. He got his two dollars of profit from me a now one time customer. My experience made be wonder how UPS vetted their franchise owners -- so that they didn't risk tarnishing their brand. It also made me wonder why Zappos's would use UPS for their returns versus their parent company Amazon's own return system, which is so much more customer oriented. If I choose to use UPS again, it will be a different store, but more likely will pick an alternative read more

I was in a pickle and needed passport photos fast -- this UPS Store saved the day! Super quick, easy in and out, and very efficient and helpful staff. I've since started using them for printing projects whenever I'm in town on business, and the quality and service have been excellent every time. Highly recommend! Got charged two dollars for a 6 inch piece of tape to close my box. This place is a joke.

Scheduled a fingerprint appointment for work and the website in which it has to be scheduled was very clear on how strict the times were. I would have been charged if it had to be rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours. That is all understandable, and not why I am giving 1 star. I showed up to my appointment right on time only to be told that the person who needs to do it was on break and to come back "in like 20 minutes". Incredibly disrespectful to my time. I wouldn't ask the person the stop their break, but maybe don't take it right when an appointment in scheduled. I unfortunately didn't have any choice, as I had already paid for my fingerprints to be done there and they had to be done ASAP, so I waited and came back. TL;DR They don't respect appointment times, save your time and go somewhere else. read more

I needed help with an identity verification form for a job. This was a completely ordinary form and did not involve anything illegal, unethical, or questionable whatsoever. I called them, and they confirmed that their notary, Pradeep, could help me with this. So I made an appointment and took time out of my day to drive all the way there and go see him. Pradeep could have easily helped me in under 30 seconds, but instead he just said "I'm not comfortable with this" without providing any reason, even though he had promised to help earlier. If I just refused to help my customers, I would absolutely be fired. Even worse, when I tried to report Pradeep's malfeasance, I discovered that UPS does not have any method to submit complaints. read more

This is the worst UPS store on the planet!!! Twice now I've shown up there and the store is closed when it supposed to be open. The first time I could see the guy who's supposed to have opened the store sitting in his car eating and smoking something that was not a cigarette. He finally came up to open the store as I'm standing there. I said what the heck, your supposed to open 30 minutes ago. He just looked at me with this stupid look on his face and said what, I had some stuff to take care of. This time I showed up an hour after they are supposed to be open and they're closed, AGAIN!!! People are standing outside the store in the rain and you can see they are MAD!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!! read more

I'm always in and out. Staff have always been super efficient and kind on all my visits. Once in a while there's a line, but I just come back later and it's fine. I have other errands in the immediate area, so that works for me. read more

This place is amazing. They are always willing to help. I had a family recipe book made for holiday gifts, it was a huge undertaking and Liz was willing to do it. Then job did not go as smoothly as I am sure she had hoped it would, but she stuck with it and was able to get 10 of Grandmas recipe books created to give to her children for the holidays. I appreciate her tenacity and willing ness to complete the project and make these books beautiful. I highly recommend this store! read more

Hard to find good help these days. This afternoon there was a line of customers waiting with no one at the counter. The only staff member stood staring at a printer that was processing 100's of pages with her back turned to customers and no responses to help. No a "hello, I'll be right with you" or stepping away from the printer to help other customers. Not a word or a glance or an acknowledgment. One by one the door rang with customers entering and one by one we left without shipping our items. Last Friday the store was closed during normal business hours with no sign or information regarding the closure. I understand it's hard to find good help these days and I sympathize with whoever owns the store. Perhaps some staff training is in order. read more

She was wrapping up with another customer when I walked in and let me know which printer to use. Simple and easy, no fuss and great service! I wish I could give more stars. Having been a customer for 10 years. I have an ongoing issue that the majority of time my print orders are not correct or ready for pickup after they email me or I call ahead yo confirm first. I'm always standing around waiting. I've also had repeated pricing issues with printing that we have had to escalate to management. We always order the same products and have a business account with notes as resources for accuracy. I'm overall disappointed at this being a necessary pit stop for what should be quick turn around for us and our staff. read more

This location needs to hire more staff, and some that are more expedient. In the past month, I've visited here 5 times, each time with 20-45 minute waits for even the simplest of transactions (such as dropping off a package). Today I had 3 people in front of me, 2 of which just needed labels for shipment, and it was a 37 minute wait. If you do visit, be prepared to be standing around for a long time, even for simple transactions. read more

This is a great place to take care of all your shipping and Mail needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can even email documents to print and they are super fast. Even if u have something to ship they can pack it for you as well. So need to worry about finding a box. They have lots of services to help you out. read more

I needed to print my tax documents (yay!) and it was $1.56 for 7 copies...expensive but needed to be done. If you're in need of fast service nearby this is a good little store with self-serve copiers, alas the library is much cheaper but I didn't even think about this till afterwards! read more

The UPS Store - New store in the Walmart strip mall, easy access from Tualatin-Sherwood Rd with loads of parking - Printing Services Near Me - Sherwood, Oregon

I had ordered 5 signs on foamcore, which they only one sheet of and offered to print on a corrugated plastic, which was a great alternative! They completed the job quickly which was impressive. However that is where the good ended here. The signs showed up, with creasing in the paper, off center - by inches on all 5 and almost cutting off content as well, and lines from a mess up in the color portion of the signs, likely due to the printer not being serviced. I could not afford to not use the signs as I was part of a conference at a hotel and needed these directional signs throughout the building. By the next day, the signs were dripping glue on to the floor and the paper was peeling away from the plastic too. I'm not sure how that is possible considering it's not 100n degrees here. A refund was issued to the store who outsourced the project, and I was ultimately not charged. But large format printing is definitely not a specialty of this location or I just was on the receiving end of a bad day for someone. I would suggest having someone QA large print orders before sending it off for a customer. I am grateful for the refund and expediency of the printing, so not the worst experience, just poor quality of the order. read more

Fantastic first time to this retail store. I was greeted and helped in a most professional manor. The clerk was on point and explained all costs and she smiled! 1 star is too much. I had a UPS shipping label I needed printed so I could ship a package with UPS. $1.08 to print the label. Insane, greedy mgmt. Plus she didn't even tell Me The price first, tells me after she prints it... I go to the lake Oswego/lake grove store regularly, free to print a UPS label. When we moved back to Sherwood I was afraid that I would have to drive out to Tualatin for to print or laminate things. Best mailbox place in Sherwood! The staff here are professional,courteous, exceptional, and above friendly. My husband and I used their mailbox service for over a year-and-a-half. We always knew our packages were safe and secure. We do a lot of ordering online. Every time we came in the staff were always helpful and had a smile.They were always more than happy to assist if we needed a fax sent or copies made. We were very sad to close out our box when we moved. I would highly recommend this store and staff for anyone needing UPS, copy/fax or mailbox service. read more

Two weeks ago, the Sherwood UPS Store took $167 from me to ship a package TWO DAY AIR, scheduled to arrive on July 27th. The package contained a piece of equipment necessary to complete a $10,000 project. After NOT receiving any tacking updates, which I specifically signed up for, I finally got the UPS Tracking site to reflect the only update. . . my package was sent back to the Sherwood UPS Store due to Hazardous Materials Issues! It was Friday - the package was supposed to be in Duluth Georgia! I called the UPS Store and got Christina on the phone. I asked why my package was returned to them due to Hazardous Materials Issues. Christina proceed to lie to me and said: "You put a Hazmat Label on your box." I immediately told her "I DID NOT! I put FRAGILE-HANDLE WITH CARE labels on a BRAND NEW BOX!" Christina said "Wait a minute." When she returned to the phone, she said: "You said you had lithium ion batteries in the box." I immediately told her "I DID NOT! THERE ARE NO LITHIUM BATTERIES IN THAT BOX!" Christina said "wait a minute." When she cam back she said "you said there were electronics in the box, so I assumed there were lithium batteries in the box." I immediately told her "WHY WOULD YOU MAKE THAT ASSUMPTION AND NOT ASK ME FIRST?!!" I told Christina that I wanted that box shipped overnight, at their expense, and sitting in Duluth Georgia on Saturday. She said she "would try." I finally got a new tacking number for the box and it was shipped at 6:05 pm that Friday. . . 2 Day Air! 2 BUSINESS DAY Air! So my box sat for a full weekend. I called the UPS Store and asked that they do an "intercept" on my package ans reroute it to overnight. I was told "we will try" which is code for "forget it." I said I wanted a refund of my $167 2 Day Air, because Christina had slapped an unauthorized Hazmat Label on my box and cost me four additional days of transit time. I was told that "as soon as the box arrives in Duluth Georgia, we will request a full refund of your 2 Day Air charges." The box arrived in Duluth on the morning of July 31st, the date it was supposed to be back in my shop! I had the repair depot overnight my package back to me and received it on Thursday, August 2nd, at a cost of an additional $230! On Friday, August 3rd, four full days since the box arrived in Duluth Georgia, I had not received the promised notification of a request for Refund of my 2 Day Air charges. I emailed the Sherwood UPS Store and asked for an update: "Have you processed the claim for my 2 day Air charges after your put an unauthorized label on my box?" Today is August 6th, and I still have no response from Christina or the UPS Store. So, after mailing a package, I stopped by the UPS Store and low and behold, Christina was working the counter. I asked what was going on with my refund? She said "I just put in a request with my manager, Janelle." I said "you were supposed to put the request in on July 31st, when the box arrived in Duluth Georgia. Why did you wait 7 days to process the request for a refund?" Christina, who clearly has issues with the truth, lied again and changed her story by saying "I didn't just put in the request, I sent it my manager several days ago." So, I asked for her to forward to me, her email to her manager, requesting my refund. Christina said "I can't. Not without my managers permission." So, connect the dots. . . Christina hadn't sent the request in at all. Now, being caught in multiple lies, in a store full of customers, Christina is clearly losing it. So, I asked "why would you put a Hazardous Materials Label on my box in the first place. causing all this mess?" All Christina could say is "Well, we apologized for doing that." So, now I am out $400 in shipping, for the time being, and Christina is telling one lie after another. The owner refuses to return my calls. Now I am forced to go the next level and contact The UPS Store Corporate Office in the morning. If they do not provide satisfaction, then the Sherwood UPS Store, UPS Store Corporate and Christina will be getting certified letters in the mail from my legal council seeking damages. . . all because Christina took it upon herself to ASS-U-ME something without verifying and when caught, proceeded to tell one lie after another, after another. SHIP FROM THE SHERWOOD UPS STORE AT YOUR PERIL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! And if Christina is at the counter, don't walk away. . . RUN! read more

BAD experience I sent out a drawing i did to one of my customers that lives states away. I told them i didnt want it to be folded. They folded it anyway! It was a portrait drawing in pencil. My customer was not please with that and i ended up losing money instead of gaining. And the tracking numbers they give you are crap. I had two shipments and both w/trackingnumber. I checked online to see where they were are both of them said "NOT FOUND". They forget to do their job by just scanning the item! It shouldnt be that hard to scan it! YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO A MAIN USPS OFFICE THAN HERE. read more

I wanted to ship a box through UPS but I was told it was 1/8" too wide so it would cost me $60 to ship. I was told that if it were only 8" instead of 8 1/8" it would only be $18. I tried explaining to the owner Scott who was standing right there that it is a very large package and the tape measure could have been read 8" instead of the 8 1/8". Scott could care less and did not care about getting any business. I walked out and drove down to the nearby UPS shipping hub in Tualatin and they measured it as well and guess what, it only cost $16.38 to ship it. I then called Scott back at the UPS store to tell him my experience and he was yelling, argued with me and lied to me saying I was intimidating his 4' employee. Scott is a joke and he is no business man at all. Sherwood and UPS do not need people like that representing them. I will make more complaints about his business to UPS and the BBB. Do not use this store at all, you will get taken and with a bad attitude from the owner Scott. read more

Started with this company over a year ago as our mail forwarding provider as we travel. Service is terrible.... not just mail service but also customer service. They try to up charge you at any opportunity. Case in point, just asked to have $10 fee removed for being 3 days late paying yearly fee, was flatly told no even when explained that we were on the road and just arrived. They claimed to have tried to call me but manager stated phone said it was international: hello .... we travel and that is the only reason we continue to do business with this company. read more

The store has moved, but not updated their online information, so finding it was a pain in the a**. When I did find it, I was told their WiFi was not set up, so I could not open an email, which contained the document I needed to print. I mentioned I would go somewhere with WiFi, but was then informed they would be closed by the time I got back. Pretty poor customer service, if you ask me. read more
