HUGE MISTAKE!!!. Tried LBC twice and both times they did not show up on the scheduled appointment time. Both times, I called the designated driver and at one point, was told by the LBC driver that he could no longer make the scheduled pick up time. HOW RUDE & INEPT!!! Interestingly, the same problem happened to my friend last year. My friend even waited a whole day for the LBC drive to arrive. I definitely would have had the same patience as my my friend. I even wrote a complaint letter to LBC about the driver and only now (5/8/2017 - about 8 months later) that someone from LBC called to inform me that the said driver I was complaining about no longer works for them. I ended up calling the agent Aiza and she told me that she forgot to give me a call to let me know that the pick up was canceled. I was sooooo disappointed being that I stayed home waitng for nothing. I said, ok I'll give them another chance. We rescheduled the pick up date and time to today Friday, August 8, 2025. This time Aiza called me and confirmed again that the box will be picked up between 3 to 4 pm. I waited and even canceled my appointment this time and AGAIN, no pick up happened and the driver or person whose supposed to pick up the box, did not call or text to let me know that he's coming or not. For starters, the prices are drastically higher. I needed to print a label and he told me the 2 sheets were $5.79. Not for shipping the product, just printing. Insane! They also charge you for tape. The customer service agents are incredibly impatient and lack empathy. I am temporarily disabled and using a walker and was struggling to get the box to his counter while maintaining my balance, he kept rushing me. However, I had patiently waited just like everyone else. I found a new replacement store because this is just not worth the frustration.
