The main address for this location already has a Suite number in its address thus any mailbox…read morenumber you get at this location will pose a problem on almost all computer entry forms where you need to have your address put into their website including your bank. Thus this becomes a source of frustration since you can not add your actual mailbox number into your address online to order from amazon etc. i talked with the manager about how to cancel my mailbox to find out how much notice they needed and she told me i could cancel anytime. When I showed ip on the third day of the month to retrieve my mail they actually had a withhold mail card with my mail refusing to give me my mail until i paid for another three months since three months is their minimum payment even after you have had your mailbox for three months to a year or more, their rule is still that you have to pay a full three months, even when you are canceling your mailbox. Also they will not take a payment from a bank debit card over the phone, only from a credit card thus if you are traveling and need to call in a payment you must have an actual credit card and not a debit card.

In my experience Printwell doesn't deserve even a 1-star rating…read more I placed an online order for a printer cartridge on March 29, 2026. On April 1, I received an email stating that a refund had been issued because the cartridge is no longer manufactured. This means the company is listing and selling products that are not actually available. After a few days without receiving the refund, I contacted customer service. Mike Shudlik informed me by email that the refund had been processed on March 30. However, no money had been received. I called again on April 7 (after the Easter holidays), and was told that the refund had been issued on April 5. This was not true again, as I still haven't received my refund. When I attempted to follow up further, my calls to customer service were disconnected twice, which only added to the frustration. The issue involved a refund of $14.36 only , and it was ultimately resolved only after PayPal processed the refund--not through the company's direct efforts. Overall, this experience reflects it's better to keep away from Printwell scammers.

The content and materials were being customized by me right up to the day before I flew out. Rob Caldwell and his team worked patiently and flexibly with us, making changes and updates as required, had a proof binder at my hotel the night I arrived, got the whole job done perfectly the next day, and delivered that afternoon to the client for the event the following morning. They looked great, and were as specified. The materials got two thumbs up at the event. I visited the TPH shop, right by the client and my hotel, and was impressed with its neatness and organization, and the way the work seemed be flowing in the hands of people who knew and took pride in their craft. Thanks Rob for a very professional product and process. I felt totally confident from my first phone call that this printing house knew what they were doing and would deliver as promised.

TLDR: Needed to get rid of a non-functional mini refrigerator. Dropped it off here. Glad this…read moreservice exists. So here in Ottawa, you can't just throw out refrigerators with your regular garbage, not even mini ones. I was looking for a place to offload our broken mini fridge and came across Aim Recycling. I emailed them to ask them the process and they said just bring it to any of their locations during business hours. My husband and I went on a Saturday morning. We parked and he went into the office to ask them where to drop it off. So there's a big dump in the back and you literally drive back there, add your stuff to the dumpster and drive off. Easy peasy. They recycle metals, so they don't take just anything, only items with metals they can recycle. So happy to get rid of our broken mini fridge, lol. (82)
