When I asked for a refund, I was told to purchase a download for my PC and they would refund the MAC. I followed their instructions. My PC crashed (not the fault of KS) so I couldn't use that download either. They wouldn't refund either purchase even though neither one had been utilized. They refused to even let me speak to a supervisor or give out any information about how to contact a senior member of the staff via email, fax, phone, etc.
