There are a bunch of different brands to choose from, if you do print on Gildan it's worth it to get the "Softstyle" it's not much more expensive and everyone likes the feel of them better. Printing is really good quality, you can wash them over and over and they haven't cracked yet. I think my first order was about 1.5 years ago and the prints are still good. Chris was able to help with my artwork that I was not sure would print ok. I think I paid $25 to have the artwork fixed and changed to a format that cleaned up all the lines and he we agreed to take away a few colours to make the printing price cheaper which was a good idea. Highly recommend.

Both times; once in person and once over the phone it was excellent customer service. Sometimes I find in this industry they make you feel like you're wasting their time with small scale jobs such as a couple shirts/sweaters but that is not the case here. The first time I went to Carlos Graphics I had a hard time explaining what I was looking for. Even though he seemed busy (I think it was the owner) he took the time looking up text/pictures on line with me to make sure he got it right! He turned them out in less than two days and the lettering is still perfect without any peeling even with being thrown in the dryer! Thanks!

During that time, I called multiple times and received different excuses and changing timelines for why my furniture wasn't ready. The owner blamed it on the cabinet being made of different types of wood, which was not true--it was all the same wood. This was a clear lack of professionalism and accountability. I wasted both time and money with this company. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.
