Their prices are fair, and the staff know what's going on - they offered me some tips and checked to be sure I was satisfied with the final versions. I saw some graphic design work being done also, so it's nice that you can get everything done in one spot. Tip: it's easy to drive by the place. I was also able to refer a friend who was in need to access a Mac to reformat files. Amin was able to help her and make a potentially complicated issue very simple. I got my cartridge refilled within minutes after walking into the store. Amin was able to fix the problem when my printer at first didn't handle the refilled cartridge. The store is small, pleasant, without and 'entertainment' humming away in the background. Amin is friendly, courteous and helpful. The main address for this location already has a Suite number in its address thus any mailbox…read morenumber you get at this location will pose a problem on almost all computer entry forms where you need to have your address put into their website including your bank. Thus this becomes a source of frustration since you can not add your actual mailbox number into your address online to order from amazon etc. i talked with the manager about how to cancel my mailbox to find out how much notice they needed and she told me i could cancel anytime. When I showed ip on the third day of the month to retrieve my mail they actually had a withhold mail card with my mail refusing to give me my mail until i paid for another three months since three months is their minimum payment even after you have had your mailbox for three months to a year or more, their rule is still that you have to pay a full three months, even when you are canceling your mailbox. Also they will not take a payment from a bank debit card over the phone, only from a credit card thus if you are traveling and need to call in a payment you must have an actual credit card and not a debit card.
