There are a bunch of different brands to choose from, if you do print on Gildan it's worth it to get the "Softstyle" it's not much more expensive and everyone likes the feel of them better. Printing is really good quality, you can wash them over and over and they haven't cracked yet. I think my first order was about 1.5 years ago and the prints are still good. Chris was able to help with my artwork that I was not sure would print ok. I think I paid $25 to have the artwork fixed and changed to a format that cleaned up all the lines and he we agreed to take away a few colours to make the printing price cheaper which was a good idea. Josh knows his products really well; when I showed up asking for my design to be printed on nice girlie t-shirts, he took the time to show me my options, weighing the pros and cons of each one. I have been happy with the results every time: one of my shirts is at least 2 years old and although the shirt looks rough, the printing is still 100% intact - no cracking or flaking off. Most recently, I was looking to create gym shirts to promote a personal training business, because I was acting as the middleman/designer, there was a lot of back and forth in emails and phone calls with Sarah to discuss pricing and shirt colour options. And then discussions with Josh on how to get him the right format of file... if I was a real designer I would have been more in the know, but he patiently walked me through getting the right file format. Given my novice skills, Josh re-confirmed the placement of everything on the shirt to ensure I was getting the product I wanted. The end result is that I am really happy with the product and eagerly hoping to find another shirt project to work on because it's soooo satisfying to wear a finished project that gets tons of compliments, while working with great people.

After following up several times over the phone and getting different answers for weeks, I was told that my order was too small and that they could not do it. Now it's too late for me to order elsewhere. EXTREMELY frustrating because this should have been communicated at the onset if my desired order was not possible. Very unprofessional and unorganized company. The employees don't know anything about the services they provide or good customer service.
