Natalie served me and was compassionate, considerate and accommodating. They made every effort to customize to my wishes and when presented with an earlier interment date they completed and installed on time as they said they would. There were no extra hidden fees above what they initially quoted and the quality and appearance of the monument was above my expectations. I would emphatically recommend using Grace Monuments and Natalie.

WHICH WAS AGAINST their rules of the cemetery. Becky had the nerve to tell me that at one point they put a stone in a cemetery without Hebrew text on it and the cemetery refused the stone. THE POOR FAMILY had to PAY the EXTRA cost of re-doing the stone. THESE PPL ARE CROOKS AND LIARS. Becky would take months just to respond to one email. Tammy provided us a stone that was NOT what we talked about or what was promised. This was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

AA Printing & Signs (I am sure the AA in front of the name is only to get this place listed first…read morein the phone book) is a business printing and signage shop. But, I go to it for my photocopying. I used to go to a place in Billings Bridge Mall, until I figured out they were charging me almost a dollar per copy - for black & white copies! Anyhow, I happened to be in this Alta Vista and Bank plaza and saw that AA Printing had a number of photocopiers inside - I inquired and found out they charged only 13 cents a copy. That's more like it! The owner is a real hoot and often will chat/blather on, so it is entertaining.

In my experience Printwell doesn't deserve even a 1-star rating…read more I placed an online order for a printer cartridge on March 29, 2026. On April 1, I received an email stating that a refund had been issued because the cartridge is no longer manufactured. This means the company is listing and selling products that are not actually available. After a few days without receiving the refund, I contacted customer service. Mike Shudlik informed me by email that the refund had been processed on March 30. However, no money had been received. I called again on April 7 (after the Easter holidays), and was told that the refund had been issued on April 5. This was not true again, as I still haven't received my refund. When I attempted to follow up further, my calls to customer service were disconnected twice, which only added to the frustration. The issue involved a refund of $14.36 only , and it was ultimately resolved only after PayPal processed the refund--not through the company's direct efforts. Overall, this experience reflects it's better to keep away from Printwell scammers.
