In June 2023, I visited Grace Monuments to complete the very sad task of giving a finality to my beloved husband who had recently passed away. Natalie served me and was compassionate, considerate and accommodating. They made every effort to customize to my wishes and when presented with an earlier interment date they completed and installed on time as they said they would. There were no extra hidden fees above what they initially quoted and the quality and appearance of the monument was above my expectations. If it was possible to give a company ZERO stars I WOULD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It took them over 7 months to put together a stone for my father's grave..... they sent us design WITHOUT any Hebrew letters on a stone that was to be put in a Jewish cemetery. WHICH WAS AGAINST their rules of the cemetery. Becky had the nerve to tell me that at one point they put a stone in a cemetery without Hebrew text on it and the cemetery refused the stone. THE POOR FAMILY had to PAY the EXTRA cost of re-doing the stone. THESE PPL ARE CROOKS AND LIARS. Becky would take months just to respond to one email. Tammy provided us a stone that was NOT what we talked about or what was promised. This was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. read more
