It's a bit pricey and the store was pretty dead, and the customer service was really lacking. The staff weren't mean or rude, they just didn't seem to care or notice I was there. With the store being empty you'd expect quick help, but instead, I had to hunt someone down for the little help I had needed. On the other hand checkout was fast and the cashier was friendly I was grateful for this. If it wasn't that I was short on time I probably would have gone elsewhere. I do want to say that a few weeks ago I had a pre labeled FedEx drop off and this had been taken care of rather quickly and it had gone fairly smoothly. So if you know what you are looking for and do not mind paying a little more or have a FedEx pre labeled drop or a pick up it may be worth your time. There are other services offered so it is possible that I just came on a bad day and you may want to stop by if you need anything in Staples one day. I had the misfortune to have to go through Florida probate. The law firm representing me sent seven…read moredocuments through E-mail requesting a signature, and in two of the seven documents, they required a notary's signature as well. Being a retiree, I am without tech backup, and I didn't want to pay for Adobe Acrobat software to open a pdf file, so I took my issue to Pack and Post. Crystal and Donna took it from there. They were able to process my E-mail docs, open them up, print them, get all signatures, scan the docs again, and E-mail them back not only to me but to the law firm as well. I had pictured an entire day running here and there, and the whole process at Pack and Post took less than a half hour. The price was very reasonable, and I will go back again. This business is truly a gem in the Homosassa, Florida community. I highly recommend their services!

I absolutely dislike giving any business a bad review, however this is definitely warranted and…read moreshould serve as a "Heads-Up" to anyone wishing to ship their packages from this business!!! I feel this business is taking advantage of elderly people buy selling them shipping insurance on their packages they send via FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other carrier. They inform their customers that they are buying shipping insurance through the carrier they are shipping with i.e. FedEx and charging $1 for every $100 dollars of coverage. Unfortunately, the customer is buying Sentry Storage's insurance which does not cover the package from damage unless THEY PACK IT for you (which is not disclosed to the buyer) and their insurance will only cover the loss of the package. The other sad component of this misleading purchase is that if you buy coverage through your shipping carrier i.e. FedEx for $0.98 for every $100, this coverage is not only cheaper but DOES cover for damage or loss of the declared value. Unfortunately, having to now file claims against their store Bond and Insurance for selling false coverage on packages they do not cover unless they pack it. SAD SAD Situation!
