I had the misfortune to have to go through Florida probate. The law firm representing me sent seven…read moredocuments through E-mail requesting a signature, and in two of the seven documents, they required a notary's signature as well. Being a retiree, I am without tech backup, and I didn't want to pay for Adobe Acrobat software to open a pdf file, so I took my issue to Pack and Post. Crystal and Donna took it from there. They were able to process my E-mail docs, open them up, print them, get all signatures, scan the docs again, and E-mail them back not only to me but to the law firm as well. I had pictured an entire day running here and there, and the whole process at Pack and Post took less than a half hour. The price was very reasonable, and I will go back again. This business is truly a gem in the Homosassa, Florida community. I highly recommend their services!

The shipper sent it here to this horrible place since they figured it would be easy for us to pick up since we live in Dunnellon. We were notified by UPS the package arrived this morning. We immediately called this place to verify. The woman who answered the phone said oh no-that arrived yesterday and since you don't rent a box here-I sent it back!!!!! WTH????? We paid for a service that store does business with.?it doesn't say anywhere that to use this facility for a UPS shipment, you must have a postal box rented there. We will be running this business practice up the chain with UPS to see their opinion on how this place conducts business for UPS. Hopefully this place will do us all a favor and just shut down! She did not tell me there was a $3.40 surcharge tacked on, and I did not see any notices about an upcharge for postage stamps. Normally a book of stamps would be $14.60 and I was charged $18. Did not realize until I was back home. You would think UPS would offer the stamps as a service since their shipping prices are already have HUGE upcharges and surcharges. Just my opinion!

I called the Homosassa PO and spoke to Jason, the trouble shooter and he tracked my package and was able to locate it, something the tracking number I was given didn't do. He gave me much encouragement that I would receive it sometime soon, Covid has turned our world upside down.
