They are alternatively rude and tolerant, depends on the time of day apparently. I really miss the previous owners. If you hate owning the store so much and running the business that you bought maybe you should move on. Life is too short to be pissed off all the time.

She did not tell me there was a $3.40 surcharge tacked on, and I did not see any notices about an upcharge for postage stamps. Normally a book of stamps would be $14.60 and I was charged $18. Did not realize until I was back home. You would think UPS would offer the stamps as a service since their shipping prices are already have HUGE upcharges and surcharges. Just my opinion!

I didn't even know the post office was here till I needed a passport, by surprise there the only one for miles! So if you need a passport and you live around Citrus County this is the place for you. If you have all your paperwork done check in hand and $35 It will take you 10 minutes to get it. Oh yea by appointment only so call ahead!
