    I just stopped in to drop off a box for UPS. The staff member was friendly. The store was tidy & clean. It is located in a busy shopping area. I park on the side of the building where it's not as busy. The store had stickers on the floor to space customers for social distancing. Masks are required. This store offers copying services, PO Boxes, and other shipping services. If you're in need of shipping, I'd give this place a chance.

    This is my go-to UPS store. The staff who have assisted me, two females on multiple occasions, are friendly and helpful. Even when the line is to the door, the wait is never that long. Happy that UPS and Amazon have a partnership for returns.

    Was scheduled to be open at 8, but no employees are on site. I waited for an extra five minutes, but I cannot afford to be late to work.

I received an email indicating packages were delivered. One was delivered on 9/24/2025, so I went to this store on 9/29/2025 to pick up my packages. I was handed two (2) small items. There was still one (1) missing, that I was not aware of at the time. I returned to this store on 10/02/2025 because additional packages were delivered. I also checked my mailbox. Packages: Again, on 10/02/25, I was handed two small packages. I informed the associate that a package was delivered on 9/24/2025 that I did not receive 3-days prior with my last package pickup. I was told there were no other packages for me. Using my cell phone, I retrieved my email containing the FedEx tracking number and showed this to the associate at the counter. The associate left the counter and returned with my LARGE box. I asked, "Why wasn't this box given to me 3 days ago?" The associate referred me to the "manager" - a morbidly obese white man named "Chris." I repeated my inquiry to him. His response, "You have a lot of packages coming here and you said you have friends that deliver to your mailbox. They are not supposed to do this." Question: What does this have to do with my package sitting in your store since 9/24/2025 and it is now 10/02/2025!! Furthermore, I have since corrected my friends who were ordering items to be delivered to me---OVER A YEAR AGO!!! Chris continued to talk about packages being sent to my mailbox. I ask you, HOW DOES YOUR MANAGER KNOW WHETHER I or a FRIEND HAVE ORDERED ITEMS FOR DELIVERY to my mailbox???? And, is this the current issue in question?? Chris went on to say, "On 9/29/25 you signed for 3 items." I responded, "I was handed only 2 items." Chris then stated, "You signed for this box on 9/29/25." I asked, "Why wasn't this box given to me on 9/29/25 then?" Chris had no response. I then asked for a print out of the packages being picked up today. Chris indicated there is no way for him to do this. I then stated, "So your staff can indicate in your computer that they have given me 3 packages when in reality I was only given 2 and I have no proof of this because NOTHING appears on the computer screen when I sign for my packages? This opens the door for dishonesty, on the store's part, for holding a package and not giving it to me." The manager had no significant response to provide me with. Mail: Incoming mail sits all along the counter top in rubber bands or in piles. It is not distributed to the mailboxes that people are paying monthly for. I informed the manager, Chris, about this also because in the past I have waited DAYS to retrieve expected mail only to find that it has been "sitting on the counter" each time I enter this store. ************ The manager's response to my package and mail concerns I presented, "If you dont like it, you dont have to renew your mailbox when it's due." With that said, I am now in the process of determining who I will have a new PO box with once my current UPS mailbox lease ends. The manager's response was unprofessional and, in my opinion, is not reflective of who/what UPS stands for. The UPS parent store needs to place a closer watch on the individually owned and operated locations. They are not doing a very good job at all. You have lost a once valued customer. Based upon your reviews, Also, I am not the only person voicing my concerns about this Tidewater Drive location store manager. I intend to go to every streaming outlet there is to allow others to see the problems I have indicated above as well as the response received from the store "manager."

UPS, FedEx, and USPS. I recently went here to get something printed which I didn't even realize they do. I emailed and called as well. They were so nice and let me know they did get my email. With the holiday rush I didn't expect an answer via email so that was very surprising, in a great way. I got an estimate to print something out and I picked it up within an hour. It turned out awesome and they were very good at being able to give me different options and pricing to print the poster that I wanted. Come to find out they actually gave me the wrong price and they still honor the price that they gave me over the phone instead of saying oh sorry it's actually gonna cost more. They did let me know in the future it might be a few dollars more but I just truly appreciated the customer service. So definitely give this place a try awesome and super friendly.

Kera said I'd need to pay extra for Saturday pickup from her store (due to FedEx pricing). She was nice enough to recommend I go to to the regional FedEx shipping center on Friday afternoon vs. doing business with her store, as it would save me some serious cash. She even emailed me a link to the regional store so that I wouldn't choose the wrong location on google maps (since I'm not familiar with the area). Thank you for your service, and I'll be back for my other shipping needs.

My wife and I came here so she could return a work desk she purchased on line because she found another that suited her needs in her office at home. She has the benefit of working at home being a city auditor for one of the local government departments here!. We brought the huge box in, technically I did because it was pretty heavy and large in size!. We waited in line and once we got to the register the attendant stated she needed some documents printed out and because we were not going back home to print out anything, there was a small fee to do it there with their email address. My wife stated she had returned other packages here and never had to print out anyway so she was surprised that she had to do it this time. It was a small inconvenience, other than that it's still a convenience if you have all the information you need ahead of time!. I will definitely return here for future reasons!.

Since then I have visited three times and each time the employees have been on point with my requests and I have yet to experience any wait times here. I've needed printouts (a bit costly) from my email. I've needed to ship a packaged back to Overstock and I needed copies for a last minute project. This store is a lifesaver! One time in particular, I needed a print out to attend a movie premiere and the library had lost power... well the UPS store saved the day for me! The employees greet you soon as you step foot in the not so big store front building. There are at least two people working in the forefront and perhaps one or two in the back. The professionalism of all here is unmatched! Would I recommend this store...I sure would! I would have recommended it sooner if I had noticed it years ago. Glad to have this shop and the employees in my community. Have fun and enjoy life :)
