This UPS is in a very convenient location. There's 15 minute customer parking right outside the door making it convenient for you to walk right inside to drop off your packages. Great ups location! The staff are quick, efficient, friendly and helpful. I go in here often to mail packages that I sell on Facebook marketplace. I do wish they had the self service kiosk but not the end of the world. I've been a dozen times and there's never a long line so this is definitely a favorite location for me. read more

To charge a customer 140 dollars and guarantee a package overnight and then have the package arrive in 3 days is the protocol for this excuse of a local business. Follow that up with the owner Ken Webber offering a 10 percent refund blaming the excessive charge on government tariffs . Follow that up with offering a 50 percent refund due to a natural disaster that never happened is even more pathetic. Isn't it curious how this place has numerous good reviews but carries a robust 2- 3 star rating. Does Mr Weber have that many cousins writing reviews? This company is a black eye for Milford and any objective views of their business practices will never show the contrary. Perhaps the BBB or the state attorney general or treasurer should take a look. Milford deserves better . read more

My package was delivered to the wrong address. The recipient was kind enough to return to store. I went to store, and they told me- its back on the truck. Well, its been several days and no package. I was compelled to leave a review after the alarming service I received at this ups store. I typically go to the once near my house in north Attleboro now I'm so grateful for that store they are so pleasant and great. I went to Milford seeing it was open later and on my way home never again. I entered the store a few mins before 7pm. I used the counter in the isle so I wouldn't be in the way. while I'm getting my package together the customer service rep with a black mask and he was a tall slender build with red hair I believe raises his voice in a loud tone and says shipping or returns. I said both he the. breathed heavily. I said you guys close at 8 correct? he said yup from the moment I walked into the store this representative had a unprofessional demeanor. I approach the counter I get barcode I said one moment let me pull it up on my phone. He scanned the first barcode. A paper shipping label fell in the box he looked at me and said what are you doing are you stupid? I said excuse me the employee went on to say the shipping box is suppose to go in the outside of the box. I said aware of this it fell in the box. He said in a loud voice no you were sealing the box I said no I most certainly wasn't I said can we place move on. He was so confrontational, insulting and condescending. He then proceeded to the box I was shipping to my daughter to her college. He said school I said oh I wanted to mention my daughter gave me the format the campus should be written in. My daughter gies to UMASS Amherst and I wanted to ensure she received the package and it didn't get lost this meant a lot to me it's sentimental. He said again school. I asked him what was wrong? He said what he said I needed to stop playing the victim I said what are you talking about. He said I had the typical victim mentality. I was furious I said to him I don't understand from the moment I stepped into the store he was confrontational and unprofessional. I said can I please just have my package back he said gladly and started laughing at me. I said I'm going to call customer service he said good do it I don't care. Never will I go back to the Milford UPS again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. I left the store so upset anxious and in tears. so I have my package now I will go back to the UPS store I normally go to. This employee I have no words how he treated me. He was trying to escalate things with me from the moment I went in the store. I work At a hospital as a frontline care giver I had a long shift all I wanted to do is get this errand completed and send this package to my daughter. I will never go back to this location again. I shipped a package on 6/2 from the UPS Store in Milford overnight early am delivery. The package was not received by UPS itself until the night of 6/3 and not delivered until 6/4. UPS' terms and conditions provide a money back guarantee for late delivery. UPS would not accept a claim, indicating my arrangement was with the UPS Store. The manager of the UPS Store in Milford, Ken Weber, filed a claim with UPS on 6/4. To date I have not received a refund for the late delivery despite following up with Ken several times. Ken now does not return my messages. DO NOT used the UPS Store in Milford if timely delivery of a package is important to you. I paid $143.10 for overnight early deliver of what was three sheets of paper. The game played by UPS v the UPS Stores as to who is at fault leaves you as a customer essentially with not guarantee of delivery. read more

On July 24 at 7:00 pm (1 hour before closingtime) I visited this store. From the moment I walked in the clerk named Howie was rude and curt to me. I was trying to ship 2 pairs of shoes to my daughter in NC. The following is a as close to verbatim as I recall Me: "What is the best way to ship these shoes in a box or one of those bags?" Howie: "whatever it fits in". I tried a box from the shelf but they didn't fit. me " Where do I find the bags?". Howie: "we don't have bags". I thought his exchange so far was just poor customer service, it was about to get worse. Me: "do you have bigger boxes" Howie- dead silence then in a raised voice "you cannot package those in hear you need to leave the store to do that " me "really?" Howie "YES! UNLESS YOU WANT ME TO PACKAGE IT" Me "Ok that is fine. He is now clearly angry and I have no idea why. Howie "Phone number?" Me: "I gave him my number" , he confirmed my address. He had calmed down a bit but I was wondering why is he acting like this. Howie: "have you ever shipped to this store" me: " I have shipped from here but never to here" Howie "I CAN SEE That". I am now wondering why he is treating me this way. Howie " shipping address" Me I give it to him the address in Hendersonville NC . As I start to say "North Carolina" he interupts me and shouts "ZIP CODE". Howie then reads the town back as "Henderson", I respond with "Hendersonville. Howie " Oh Yeah". Howie in a clearly annoyed and angry tone "Do you know anything about this town" me "It's in the southwest corner of the state". Howie: " THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEANT!" Me "well what did you mean, I am now getting angry at how downright hostile he is to me. He Then yells "IS IT A RURAL TOWN?" I Reply with "Why are you treating me so obnoxiously" He responds with "YOU CAN LEAVE NOW!" He threw me out! Hard to believe that I have had pleasant transactions with him in the past. read more

I have a Zappos return that has been (and still is) sitting in my car. I asked the old man behind the counter if they could just tape up the box and he said he would have to charge me a few dollars! I feel random writing a review about a UPS store, but I felt like I had to in this instance. I had some boxes containing some valuable items that were damaged during a cross country shipment. Luckily I had paid for extra insurance (they include $100 worth automatically). Going on the website and trying to navigate making my claim online was proving fruitless and was making me want to throw something, so I decided to go back to the store where I mailed it and BOOM my day changed for the better. Ken the manager guided me through the process and got the claim going for me. He was super nice and very patient with my technological snafus (for some reason my j.pegs weren't saving, etc...). I ended up calling him a few times with questions and he always had an answer and was just delightful and professional every time. Icing on the cake, he called personally to let me know my claim had been approved!!! Also, the store is super clean and the rest of the staff seems quite nice as well. read more

Update: After receiving no help from the employee I tried to look up and call someone from management who may be able to help me. As it turns out, the owner has his phone number in the voicemail system and I was able to get through and he reprinted my project and refunded the order. I appreciated that he was able to fix the problem. However- he then proceeded to call me back directly to say how he "does not appreciate the yelp review [that I posted before being in contact with him] and that while they can't force me to remove it, he would appreciate if I did." While I understand reviews can be harsh, I do feel that this experience was still overall frustrating. I am thankful that he was willing and able to step in, get me my prints, and refund my order- however the fact remains that he should not have had to do that, and I should not have had to drive there and back three times and call a bunch of phone numbers in order to receive something already paid for. Proper security should have been in order to prevent the system from going down, employees should be trained enough to help customers acquire their materials, communication should have been better if my project was not going to be printed by the due date (chosen by the system), and at the very least employees should have been able to point me in some direction of solution rather than a short "sorry cant help you" I was loyal to this branch for a while because the print quality was great, but as soon as "the system went down" they did not seem to care to help me acquire the project that I paid for. There is supposedly "one woman who comes in to deal with printing" and she only goes in during limited hours so despite the website telling me it would be ready by a certain time, it has now been 3 days and 3 trips out to try and pick them up and they're not the right size. I asked if they could at least cancel or refund my order-or even a coupon or ANYTHING and the answer from multiple employees was "we don't know you have to call the printing person." read more

I've used this location 1 or 2 times a week. They have been tremendously courteous and efficient in ensuring my packages left amply packed and sealed. Terrible customer service experience from start to finish. My girlfriend ordered a package that required no signature on delivery. For some reason instead of just being left for us it was taken back to this UPS store. No slip was left behind. It's not possible the slip blew away because our mailbox Is inside an entrance way and we were home for the delivery notification on Amazon. We both went downstairs immediately and checked both entrances to the building. I looked thoroughly because I thought I would need this slip to pick up the package. The next day my girlfriend called and asked how she could pick up the package and was told all she would need is the confirmation number or the tracking number. When she went to pick up the package an employee named Carol told her she needed to bring a copy of our lease to show that she lived at the address. She came back with the lease on her phone but was told she needed a PAPER copy of the lease. Now she had to go to our leasing office to get a copy of our lease because all our copies are digital/paperless. After bringing this in she was told it would also not work because we don't have the same last name. Even though she is on our lease and obviously has the same mailbox key I have. I had to then go to the UPS store after she had already made 3 trips where she was given the wrong information. Carol repeatedly told her it's not her problem and she can't help her. My visit was much different. When I picked up the package I was only asked my name and address and not asked to show anything for proof. I can't help but think it's because I am white and my girlfriend is a person of color that she was sent away twice even after bringing the documentation she was asked for. I was doing some amazon returns and for whatever reason 1 of the things didn't have a bar code to just scan, so the woman told me to print the label and that they had a computer where I could pay for internet and pay to print. So I did that and brought it back to the counter only for her to ask me how I was packaging... errr, none of the other returns needed packaging, if this one did and I clearly didn't know why on earth would they have me pay for the computer without telling me I'd also have to buy a box! I obviously didn't have one with me. Went in to ship some film (Super8) off to a lab for processing. I had placed stickers on it that read: "Contains film. Do not X-ray" Upon seeing the stickers, the employee behind the counter informed me that she was going to specifically request that the package be x-rayed... Not sure if it was just a bad day or what, but she seemed to just want to cause an argument. After 5 minutes of me asking her not to do that, and her accusing me of being a terrorist trying to smuggle dangerous goods, I gave up and took the box to Fed-Ex. read more

Went here based on recommendations of the google searches. Should have checked yelp as well. The real measure of the quality of service for anything is when there is a problem, and unfortunately UPS lost my package (delivered to wrong address ) and when we finally found it the box was left out in the rain and ruined. Not this stores fault, but their lack of competence in dealing with my/their issue is very concerning. Trying to give me the "we're not UPS" runaround, yet they benefit from the positive aspects of the UPS brand (would you trust your package with Als package delivery service?) when it suits them. All I really want out of this is a refund of the cost of shipping yet they are making me jump thru hoops by filing a claim, making me sort through my trash to find a ruined box so it can be saved as "evidence", etc. Update - received a very disturbing call from "Ken" Who said he was the owner. Very rude and when I tried to explain my unhappiness with the whole experience and procedure for getting a refund became defensive and hung up on me. Do not do business with this outfit!!!!! 8/3/15 update - well the owner finally relented and refunded me my cost of shipping. UPS still wants the physical evidence before taking any other action. I guess the lesson here (besides using Fedex) is to ask the UPS driver to come and collect the "evidence". Presumably they will go the the right house. Refreshing to have customer service that feels like a local shop with all the benifits of a large commercial offerings!

As a small business owner that frequents this store often, it never amazes me how the staff could be so unfriendly and act like they've never seen me before. This applies to the owners and every employee I've encountered. UPS comes to my business almost every day,but when I miss them I'll run over to this store. Help isn't usually what I get. They have watched me struggle with big boxes while trying to open the door and never once have they come out to hold the door for me or offer assistance. Unfriendliness and sometimes rudeness is usually what I get. I guess when you buy a UPS franchise part of the training does not include people skills. Today was the last straw. read more

Generally good help and good people. They have helped me save some money proactively by helping me not overspend on a return and head home to get the prepaid return label I forgot. This was $60 - and they could have just said "That's $60." They didn't they told me I may want to consider going home and coming back, which I did. That said, the pricing does feel high to me. Unfortunately had a very bad experience with employee Carol. I called prior to going in and she was very rude and short on the phone and ultimately did not answer any of my questions before she hung up. In store we requested notary services and Carol was actually the one to service us. She gave us a very poor attitude from the start, and was very rude when we did not know 100% what we needed signed. Rather than work with us to determine what was needed, she continued to give us attitude and raised her voice at us. She definitely did not seem to want to help us accomplish this goal. Ended up leaving without getting the paperwork notarized to go elsewhere. read more

I only use this store for my Amazon returns and have never had any issues. I follow the Amazon return guidelines which are really simple, bring in your return, scan the code on my app and leave. I don't understand the other reviews that report problems with Amazon returns. I'm going in today with another and will surely report any issues here. read more

I also had a negative experience with an employee named Carol. Very rude and unfriendly. I had my newborn with me and it was cold out. I needed help on how to send a computer back to the manufacturer and she told me I had to leave the store to package it up. There were no other customers in the store. I explained how it was difficult enough getting out of the house with the baby but that if I could just stay inside the store to finish up, it would make my life easier. She told me no, that it was "policy" and I would just have to come back another time. Funny how that same service from South Carolina to Massachusetts overnight only will cost me $29. I gave them a call and asked if my package was there and what did I need in order to grab it because they didn't leave a paper behind. I came in with my ID AND A COPY OF MY LEASE, to grab a package from my amazon prime (that by the way they did NOT need a signature for so I don't know why they didn't just leave it) the lady at the store told me if the address on my drivers license didn't match the package address I would need proof of residency, so I drove home and got a copy of the lease to my apt.
