I had to stop in quickly to drop off an Amazon return! Parking can be a little tricky if you need to come here for more than a couple of minutes, but there is about two spots available right in front (and maybe one more if you're just looking to drop something off). It was empty when I arrived, but the employee was at the front so I was in and out. I let her know why I was there, she asked me if I wanted a receipt, scanned my package and that was it! I took a look around and the store is organized, although they don't really have many things available for purchase. The lady who helped me was friendly, so that was a plus. We were in the neighborhood and it was convenient to drop off packages here. I was greeted very nicely and helped with my packages. The store is clean, well organized and tidy. They offer the usual services as all the other UPS stores do. It wasn't busy when I went in so things went smoothly and quickly. It is street parking here in Miami Beach. Not sure if it's staffing issues but lately the store has been closed in the middle of the day and opens late at random hours. I even try calling first before coming because it's inconsistent but even on the phone, no one answers probably because no one is there. Very disappointed and need this resolved. read more

The UPS store at Alton Road and Arthur Godfrey is a neighborhood gem. I have been going there for years and have never waited on long lines and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I want to thank Alfonso and his crew for helping me on the return of son's memory foam mattress. The whole staff happily and kindly assisted in making it a three man/woman job ...working side by side getting that bed back in the box!! They worked together and efficiently to pack the bed and had a really good attitude. The box and tape came to $75, that was the only not very fun part. Although I would never have been able to do it by myself. I am very grateful for their help in making this happen! read more

The staff is great, and it's a proper UPS store. I've done both shipping and print-on-demand of 145-page documents with them. No complaints. But -- the store is very, very busy and there is often a long line out the door. And the parking lot is extremely busy and cramped as well, which makes the whole thing less than desirable. I'll often drag all my Amazon returns out to a store in Hialeah just because it's 35-seconds, parking and in-and-outta there. read more

I used to love this store, until I ordered a package to the store. I paid shipping, but when I picked up my package they demanded an extra ten dollars (my whole order was a small package worth less than ten dollars) and told me had I sent it to my house it would have been free. I was completely unaware of this, as was the store that sent it there, but when I called UPS, they said any store can charge what they want to whoever they want, as they are semiprivate, and there's nothing I can do. I was thoroughly disappointed in the way they treat customers and add surprise charges to whatever they like. This UPS store is greedy and I'd highly encourage you to shop and ship elsewhere if you don't like being taken advantage of. read more

Horrible customer service. Called to inquire about copying fees. Was told 49 cents for black and white copies and additional outrageous fees for usb or email uploads. Unbelievable!! The most incompetent and lazy staff in all of Miami Beach. I have been to this location more than once bc it is right near my house but each time it takes the staff forever to figure out what they are doing or they make excuses and lies for why they can't accomplish something. not pleasant what so ever. no acknowledgement when we walk up to counter from employee with beard. no talking at all. half way through our transaction he starts asking customer behind us if he needs something specific. customer is more polite than employee, says finish with us first. employee says nothing to us at all and we say thank you and he nods his head. rude, unpleasant, clearly not happy to be there, needs a lot of improvement, maybe a refresher course in what it means to be gainfully employed.
