We were in the neighborhood and it was convenient to drop off packages here. I was greeted very nicely and helped with my packages. The store is clean, well organized and tidy. They offer the usual services as all the other UPS stores do. It wasn't busy when I went in so things went smoothly and quickly. It is street parking here in Miami Beach. I would return here again in the future. read more

Great location, they're always super helpful and really fast. I always come here for my returns, I love how convenient this location is. Even if there's a long line of people at peak times (like the middle of the day), it'll move fast! Will keep coming here! read more

Not sure if it's staffing issues but lately the store has been closed in the middle of the day and opens late at random hours. I even try calling first before coming because it's inconsistent but even on the phone, no one answers probably because no one is there. Very disappointed and need this resolved. read more

I've been waiting for 2 months for a reimbursement. And still waiting for a service that they didn't do. They said that I have to wait more. read more

Closed on working hours! Drove here to send a package and the store was CLOSED. Unacceptable. If it was an emergency they should have left a sign at the door. Never again will come here. read more

The UPS store at Alton Road and Arthur Godfrey is a neighborhood gem. I have been going there for years and have never waited on long lines and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I want to thank Alfonso and his crew for helping me on the return of son's memory foam mattress. The whole staff happily and kindly assisted in making it a three man/woman job ...working side by side getting that bed back in the box!! They worked together and efficiently to pack the bed and had a really good attitude. The box and tape came to $75, that was the only not very fun part. Although I would never have been able to do it by myself. I am very grateful for their help in making this happen! read more

Isaac was very professional and quick. I arrived to a full line and he was able to take care of everyone in less than 5 minutes. very impressive service! read more

The staff is great, and it's a proper UPS store. I've done both shipping and print-on-demand of 145-page documents with them. No complaints. But -- the store is very, very busy and there is often a long line out the door. And the parking lot is extremely busy and cramped as well, which makes the whole thing less than desirable. I'll often drag all my Amazon returns out to a store in Hialeah just because it's 35-seconds, parking and in-and-outta there. read more

I had to stop in quickly to drop off an Amazon return! Parking can be a little tricky if you need to come here for more than a couple of minutes, but there is about two spots available right in front (and maybe one more if you're just looking to drop something off). It was empty when I arrived, but the employee was at the front so I was in and out. I let her know why I was there, she asked me if I wanted a receipt, scanned my package and that was it! I took a look around and the store is organized, although they don't really have many things available for purchase. The lady who helped me was friendly, so that was a plus. Other than parking, you should have a good experience here! read more

This store is my local UPS and I use them frequently. I'm always immediately helped and my favorite employee, Alfonso, is the best. Assists me to send all my packages and printing needs promptly. So professional and extremely friendly. read more

I am from out of state and needed some help with packaging and shipping some family photos in Miami Beach back to my home. I called Melissa explaining what I needed to do and she was so helpful from the beginning. She took me through every step of the way, followed through with everything she said she would and even checked in after to ensure all was taken care of as I needed. Melissa also repackaged my boxes to reduce the number of them being shipped back which saved me money. I would highly recommend working with and her team. read more

Amazing service!!! Dropped off a few Rent The Runway packages in a hurry to the airport... And open on Sunday!

dont ever send a package from this location. They stole or lost 450 dollars worth of clothes and other personal items. They also hung up the phone on me when i attempted to get this problem resolved. WORST LOCATION EVER. read more

Just a fantastic service. This is a family-owned business where they do everything possible to meet the needs of their customers. And I always find a convenient place to park! read more

I used to love this store, until I ordered a package to the store. I paid shipping, but when I picked up my package they demanded an extra ten dollars (my whole order was a small package worth less than ten dollars) and told me had I sent it to my house it would have been free. I was completely unaware of this, as was the store that sent it there, but when I called UPS, they said any store can charge what they want to whoever they want, as they are semiprivate, and there's nothing I can do. I was thoroughly disappointed in the way they treat customers and add surprise charges to whatever they like. This UPS store is greedy and I'd highly encourage you to shop and ship elsewhere if you don't like being taken advantage of. read more

The team at this location went out of their way to help me move and I am eternally grateful. The store manager Melissa worked with my for weeks to help and Yonni was also very friendly and helpful. read more

My experiences at this location have been amazing, the customer services goes over and beyond. Their focus on detail and overall execution of the task at hand is the best I have experienced in any shipping facility. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to ship an overnight letter to anover sized parcel. Their packing service is also great. Robert Cardenas read more

Horrible customer service. Called to inquire about copying fees. Was told 49 cents for black and white copies and additional outrageous fees for usb or email uploads. Unbelievable!! Decided to go to the one on 65 and Collins Ave which copies were 12 cents and no additional fees. They need to know how to answer the phones properly. Hello isn't professional! read more

These guys are awesome!! Fast, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out in a few minutes and was still able to get to the airport on time. Melissa and Julian really no what there doing. Highly recommend this store. It's a hidden gem :) read more

The most incompetent and lazy staff in all of Miami Beach. I have been to this location more than once bc it is right near my house but each time it takes the staff forever to figure out what they are doing or they make excuses and lies for why they can't accomplish something. Lines are always long bc one of the workers is stalling in the back. Stay away!!! Better to drive somewhere further and get decent service. read more

We were visiting from out of town and needed a notary and to ship a package. We were so glad to find this place and to be able to do both things in one spot. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. We will keep them in mind for the next time we are in town! read more

not pleasant what so ever. no acknowledgement when we walk up to counter from employee with beard. no talking at all. half way through our transaction he starts asking customer behind us if he needs something specific. customer is more polite than employee, says finish with us first. employee says nothing to us at all and we say thank you and he nods his head. rude, unpleasant, clearly not happy to be there, needs a lot of improvement, maybe a refresher course in what it means to be gainfully employed. Employed! think about it read more
