I would never think to write a review for a UPS store but this place is top notch. First off, parking is super easy because it's toward the end of a strip mall with a big lot. I don't have much business at a UPS store but I always opt to do my Amazon returns there because I like going so much. That said, they offer a ton of services like printing all sorts of things, copying, shipping, ect. I've never waited more than 2 minutes in line and I am always met with a smile and kindness. I've only seen it with 2 (usually 3 or 4) workers behind the counter so it runs much more efficiently than other UPS locations I've been to. Again, the workers are always so sweet. I am Frequently making Amazon returns at this location and the staff is always so friendly. They don't rush you, help you with any questions and are just genuinely good spirited. I've never waited in line because of the efficiency of the workers. Location has parking and a few other shopping options in the plaza. Store is well organized and clean. Makes returns a breeze and would recommend this location for all shipping needs! read more

My very first reaction as soon as I stepped into this new(er) UPS Store... "Damn, it smells really good in here."  (Like when you pass a candle store in the mall or the side of someone's house when their dryer is pushing out those lovely aromas through the duct hosing.)  From the outside of this location it looks small/narrow but when you get inside - it's mighty long/deep.  3 (young) guys there to help at different stations. I was in-and-out with some(work-related) packages. Easy-peasy, smooth all-around.  Yeah, the cranky old man in me was a bit miffed that the guy currently helping me decided to answer a ringing phone instead of letting the other two guys - who weren't with customers - pick it up instead.  (The new generation just do things differently, I suppose.)  Packages went out that night, arrived/delivered the following day as needed. Glad they're in town and hope they can stick it out. (This mall has a notorious 'rep' for places not lasting all that long.) read more

Ken did not scan the item nor provide a receipt for that particular package as per camera footage which was shown to me after multiple attempts to get straight answers to no avail. I mentioned going to the police. The email that was sent saying I was in the store for 30 minutes and I didn't know what I was doing was something a child would say not a grown man. A police report was filed and that was not a threat. No transparency and being mislead and misinformed by the staff the owner and ups capitol and corporate I was left with no choice. Amazon also said to follow up with the police report because the package was never scanned. read more

This has to be the best UPS store in lower Bergen County. Because they are in a shopping center, there's plenty of parking. The staff is helpful and professional. Other UPD stores I've gone to seem miserable. This location is very much the opposite and it's also very clean. read more

My mother visited yesterday and she said a young gentleman possibly named Justin, she can't remember, helped her with her Verizon return by calling Verizon himself and finding the return order number. She came home raving about him and asked me to leave this review for her, for him. Happy to know Lyndhurst has people and businesses like this. read more
